As the man fell to the ground, I turned. I had the urge to turn the whole time I was fighting this man, but I didn’t. Why did it feel like, had I turned earlier, I would have found something?

I started to walk to the place where I had not turned earlier when suddenly, that foolish omega, the one who had the audacity to act like a friend when in actual fact, he was a foe, appeared.

"We meet again, commander." He told me with a smirk on his face, and I clenched my fists as I stared at him.

"You wouldn’t want to lose your life, Tristan DeVille. Move away, or you’ll never live to see another moment." I told him coldly as I continued to stare at that passage.

He chuckled, "Will you kill me like you killed my parents?" He asked me, and I clenched my fists as I stared at him.

"I wouldn’t; trust me, you’re not deserving enough to die by my sword, so get lost!" I told him as I pushed him away, and just then, he drew me back as he sent a sword through my arm, and my eyes widened
