2.Video Conference with Male God(1)

Later, Rick showed a roadmap for next one year. Also, he said Team will onboard more resources both at on-site and offshore for the new work coming in the next year.Christine was busy capturing key points from Rick's presentation.Sean did mentioned that he does not want her notes.She was very sure that Ray will be looking for these notes.She should not give him any reason for getting angry on her.

She had her full focus on noting down key points.She was not looking at the screen.She sensed an intense stare on her.She slowly looked away from her notes and focused on the screen.Rick had finished his presentation. Sam was about to  start addressing the team on the screen- 

"Good morning guys, I know we have performed exceptionally well but I must remind you that we are still lacking in certain areas.Look at these graphs, I want each and everyone of you to do a self reflection prior to scheduling a meeting with me for their respective modules.I want to hear from all of you on how are we planning to resolve these issues which are highlighted in the upcoming releases.Please be noted that when I would  offer any resource an on-site opportunity or a promotion, I am going to consider all of these factors.I suggest you all to check if you can improve yourself;Otherwise, You have no right to blame me for not warning you."

 He spoke only few simple but powerful sentences.Damn, He is a very Handsome and an intelligent person who was graduated from country's one of the Top engineering institute and had masters from Top management institute.That’s why, when it comes to lead large client account, only he can handle it at such a young age. 

Christine wonders why Sandra thinks he is a Male God.No wait, Everyone in this company thinks he is a great and down to earth person. 

Christine thinks she would never like him in this life time even if she has amnesia.What kind of self reflection that this guy was talking about? She does not want to think about last release, How she had completed her user stories,unit tested and delivered on time.Their Quality assurance team could not find one single bug in her two stories.She was actually smug about her recent performance.

Here, This guy totally forgot to appreciate his own team for their hard work and dedication. This team had worked on so many weekends However, This person is still discussing about minor issues on this meeting.He might be looking for absolute perfection from everyone.First, He should encourage his team before talking about negative things.By the way,She was never interested in going to work at On-site.She was recently promoted within team. That’s another reason, They would not consider her.She would just forget everything that this damn guy said. 

Soon, This meeting was adjourned.Christine arranged her notes.She, then switched off her laptop and put it into her backpack.She got up from her seat,was ready to leave the conference room. 

At this time, Ray Said- "Christine, Mark want to see you in his office now.Please meet him before you go back to your cubicle."

”Okay Sure, Ray.I did not had my breakfast in the morning before coming to this team meeting.Can I grab my breakfast before I go and meet Mark?"

"Mark is very busy person.You should better hurry up."

"Thank you Ray.Then, I will get going."

Why Senior manager Mark wants to see her today??

Sandra and Christine took an elevator to the first floor where cafeteria was located. The cafe food was not tasty or delicious but it was pocket friendly,hygienic.The shops in the Cafeteria were offering great variety of dishes for breakfast.Today's breakfast menu had varieties in Sandwiches,Pastas,Noodles etc.

Sandra had ordered Veg grilled sandwich and Milk Tea.Christine does not like drinking Tea or Coffee.She had ordered Apple Milkshake and Fried Maggie noodles.Soon, their orders were delivered.They found empty seats near windows and took their seats after keeping food trays on the table. 

"Christine, Did not you told me last week that you are craving for French toast, Why are you having Fried Maggie today?" Sandra was puzzled.

"I wanted to have French toast today but Ray asked me to meet Mark after our morning team meeting.I am super hungry and can not wait for another 20minutes in that queue for French toast.I will make a do with this Maggie I would eat toast on some other day.It is not actually a big deal."

"God knows, Why is  Mark looking for me? Anyways, He is less annoying person than Ray.It must be something important and Urgent.Whenever he wants to know about team’s progress on the ongoing release, He had always stopped by my cubicle while visiting our bay. He must be really busy and cannot come to bay. That could be the reason why he had called me to meet him."
