Chapter 21

Rhian's POV

I just woke up from that nightmare again. That nightmare will hunt me for the rest of my life. 

I sat up and looked outside the window, the curtains started to billow, giving me the smell of peacefulness. I startled when my phone suddenly rang. 

"Who the hell will call me in the middle of the night?" 

I took my phone from the side table, a smile automatically formed into my lips when I saw the caller ID. Glaiza.

"Hey?" I greeted her

"Can you pick me up? I can't sleep." 

"Yeah, yeah, sure. I'll be there in five minutes."

I drove fast to Glaiza's house, once I'm outside their house, I saw Glaiza sitting on the porch, her face was buried against her palm and her shoulder was shaking. 

She's crying! What the hell happened?
