      Emma’s POV

     After my embarrassing “moment” last week, we decided to stick to strictly boxing and rowing, though I was itching to learn how to spar. That is where the real self defense happens. Ruth decided to grace us with her presence this week. She doesn’t put very much effort forth, it’s fairly comical. And watching Leo fall all over himself near her is rather sad.

     Liam and I decided that we would practice posterior holds, where he is the only one who stands behind me, pretending to place a choke hold so I can learn the maneuvers. Partly because I know it’s him, I’m not triggered but I think he didn’t like another man behind me to be honest. I’m not complaining.
