Chapter 64-A night in the lighthouse

Gian walked me through the door, but he was suddenly stunned. The door wouldn’t open.

“Are we locked?” I nervously asked.

“I think so.”

Gian tried hard to open the door, but it just wouldn’t open.

“There’s another door here.”

Gian pulled me in the other direction.

“Huh? How did you know? Where are we?”

“At the ground floor of the lighthouse. They purposely turned the lights off.”

I just can’t tell what is going on.  Who would dare do this to us?

“Fuck! It’s locked too! I'll call Josh.”

He tried to dial Josh, but his battery died.

Fuck!

“They planned this!”

“Huh?”

I just can’t see him. It’s dark, and his phone was drained. That’s the only light we have.

“They were playing with us.”
