**Elijah**

“Okay. Sit back and relax. I’ll grab a pillow and blanket. You hungry?”

“No, not really,” I said, reaching for the remote.

“You’ll be hungry after this bowl, so I’ll make something,” Zoe replied before running up the stairs. She returned a few minutes later with her “weed kit” and some other miscellaneous items. “I was going to make you a joint, Daddy, but honestly, yours put me to shame. You never told me how you got so good at that.”

“My roommate my undergrad year was a Botany major, and he was very skilled in cultivating and distributing certain green leafy plants.”

“Say less. So, were you some closet party animal back in the day?”

“Di you really just say back in the day?”

“Eli, don’t set yourself up like that. That was 17 years ago, and I’m 20. So, yeah, back in the day.”

“Wow...I was in college, and you were barely out of diapers. That sounds so wrong when you say it out loud,” I gasped, accepting the pipe from her. “I’m robbing the cradle.”

Zoe snorted and lit the pip

  • Party Animals   Double Date from Hell

**Elijah**"Can you tell me again why we are doing this?" I asked, checking myself out in the mirror, hopefully for the last time."I don't know myself. I just hope there's no drama. Brianna said she wanted all of us to ride together, but fuck that noise. As soon as they start acting up, then we can dip," Zoe said from the bathroom."Do you know where we're eating yet?""Some Italian place. She texted me the name of the place."I checked my watch. We’d be late if we didn't leave the house in the next five minutes."Zoe, let's go. I'm sure you look fine.""All right, all right, Daddy...damn," she whined, coming out of the bathroom."On second thought...let's cancel," I said, practically drooling at her dress."Hell no. I spent two hours straightening my hair; we're going," she said, picking up her clutch."But Mama, I need you.""And you can have me when we get back.""But I need you now," I whined, gripping her delicious curves. "Are you even wearing panties?" I asked."That's a rheto

  • Party Animals   The Terms Have Changed

**Zoe**Elijah took off towards the offices, and I giddily waltzed behind him, anxiously waiting for the sparks to fly. He threw open the door to Michael’s office and found him reclining in his office chair with his feet propped up on the desk.“Michael, what the fuck?”“Eli, what are you doing here?”"What the hell do you mean, what am I doing here?!" You texted me and said that y'all needed help in the office because it was busy and someone called in. April said it's been slow all morning!""I didn't expect you to actually come in.""Oh...I get it. You expected Zoe to come in because you knew that I was still recovering," he spat."I think your paranoia is talking. If I wanted Zoe to come in then I would've texted her instead," he replied with a stupid smirk on his face."I really wish I could believe you, Michael, but your behavior lately suggests otherwise.""Look, I get it. Zoe's your woman. Stay away. I have my own girlfriend, I'm not worried about her.""Girlfriend? Who? I hope

  • Party Animals   Should've Stayed in Bed

**Zoe**“Where are you going?” I asked sleepily once I felt the bed dip. It was Wednesday, and I knew Elijah was bored being confined to the bed or the couch with nothing to do. He had been coming up with every excuse possible to find a reason to leave; however, Nurse Justice wasn’t having any of that.“We had a call in, and Michael needs a hand,” he answered, rising from the bed.“Cool story, bro. Get in bed. I’ll help at the office.”“Really, Zoe. It’s fine. I feel as good as new,” he argued.“Daddy...when was the last time you’ve been on vacation?”“Vacation?”“Yeah, vacation. You know, get out of town, do some touristy shit. Hell, you can stay home and veg out on the couch for a week. You work all the time. Use this time to take care of yourself. Trust me when I say that I can handle things in your place. I already do the inventory. I can handle the physical exams, and Michal can take the patients that require vaccinations.”“I know you’re concerned, Mama, but there is nothing tha

**Elijah**“My, my, my, how the tables have turned,” Zoe purred as she assisted me into my wheelchair.“You know damn well I don’t need this wheelchair. I’m just following hospital protocol,” I spat.“No need to get huffy with me,” she said, giggling at my temper tantrum. “You’re already acting like a grumpy old man, and I haven’t even gotten you home yet.”“Please don’t call me old,” I sighed, leaning back into the wheelchair and staring at the off-white popcorn ceiling tiles. She leaned down, gripped the wheelchair armrests, and nibbled at the sensitive spots on my neck. I hardened instantly from the sensual contact.“This right here tells me that you’re not old, Daddy,” she teased, palming me through my shorts. “My baby got it up like that,” she boasted with a snap of her fingers.“Damn, Mama. You don’t know much I want you to climb into my lap and–”I was interrupted by a sudden knocking at the door. “Sorry. I didn’t mean to intrude,” Michael apologized from the door. Zoe rolled h

  • Party Animals   The Woman I Didn't Deserve

**Elijah**I cracked my drowsy eyes open and shut them immediately. The lights were off, but from the beeping of the monitor next to me and the smell of antiseptic, I knew I was in the hospital. The sharp pain that I earlier felt in my lower abdomen was a dull ache. The last thing I remembered was vomiting and passing out.“Elijah?”I looked to my left and thought I was dreaming.“Zoe? What are you doing here?”She should’ve been drunk and dancing on top of a bar in South Padre.“I came back. I’m so sorry. I should’ve checked on you before I left, but I was trying to respect your wishes. I should’ve known better,” she rushed out.“How did I get here?”“I called Michael before I left and asked him to check on you,” she explained, grabbing my hand in hers. I took a good look at her. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying, and she was tired. I didn’t know what time it was, but assumed it was late.“What do you mean you came back?”“Michael called me when I was an hour away from the isla
