Chapter 28 -

Dingo/Davin POV

I didn’t realize how much I had missed her until she walked in from the kitchen. She was carrying a pitcher of water and as usual my breath caught at the sight of her. She smiled and held my gaze as she walked forward and put the pitcher on the table. I loved how she walked, how her hips swayed. How her curves moved with grace. My beautiful Danalee. As soon as she deposited the pitcher, she came and sat down beside me holding my hand.

“Hi.” She said, smiling shyly at me.

“Did you miss me much?” I asked her teasingly in a low voice.

“Nope.” She replied with a mischievous grin on her face.

“You’re lying.” I smiled at her looking deeply into her eyes.

“Yup.” She said and let a small giggle escape, blushing deeply.
