"Is that the new girl? The one that transferred?" Willis asked his best buddy Jer, already licking his lips. She was a pretty little thing, all curved in the right places and she had a slight blush staining her cheeks as she walked down the hall. So she was a shy one. Willis thought.

He liked them fierce, but he could do shy. He already felt the bud of anticipation blooming deep in his gut as he thought of ways he could make the pretty shy girl become fierce while screaming...

"Dude!" Jer's fingers snapped in front of his eyes bringing him out of his wayward thoughts. "What?" He asked irritated.

"She's the one. Leigh. Leigh Raekens. You gonna do her?"

Willis made a show of leisurely throwing his can Pepsi into the thrash  nearby. The can rolled round its tip twice before dropping in with a clank. A self satisfied smirk lit up his lips as the girls in the hall swooned at him.

"Consider her already Done."

"Dude she's not your type," Jer argued. "She's shy, reserved, doesn't even look at people let alone speak. Now I respect you man, but doing Miss Shy here ain't gonna work."

"Never say never Jer, All I need is a month. Just one month and little Leigh here will be screaming my name."

"No shit dude! You wanna bet?"

Willis simply shrugged his shoulders, his mind already cooking up devious plans.

"October's outta the picture. Good thing November starts tomorrow. You've got just thirty days though. You sure you wanna do this?"

A confident smile lit up his dangerously handsome face as he slapped the green notes on Jer's chest.

"Thirty days it is."

Leigh Raekens walked down the hall with her head bowed low. She'd done her research before coming. She knew everyone that needed to be known in Saints Academy. Including the hot shot that was currently ogling her like he couldn't wait to get in her pants. She sneered secretly in disgust. Boys! She had to admit though, he was sexy.

He had to be a couple of inches above six foot and all that was filled with pure muscle. He was nineteen from her research, he had dirty blonde hair that curled around his firm features. His angled face sported eyes the colour of the deep, calm sea, his nose straight and pointed just so right that she thought he'd never been in a bawl before and had his nose broken.

Of course, he hadn't. She reprimanded herself with a little shake of her head. He was a skilled fighter and a good sportsman. Good enough to be captain of the basketball team or so said her reaserch. He had the pinkest of lips, lips that she when wondered what else he'd used them for apart from spewing nonsense talk, she almost threw up. Almost.

It was no wonder the girls swooned at his feet because he threw an ordinary can into the bin. Pfft.. she scoffed. She could do three rolls of what he just did without breaking a sweat no need for Mr Hotshot to feel so special. But... she thought, she couldn't expect anything else from a Playboy with a reputation.

She'd just turned around the corner when she heard him place a bet on her with his friend.

"Thirty days it is."

She heard him say. What? Thirty days to get her in his bed. Ridiculous! Such nerve he had! She hadn't been tagged the Heart breaker for nothing. She hadn't been forced to transfer from her school for a mere joke!

Leigh felt her face grow hot from the rush of indignation she felt spreading like wildfire through her bloodstream. How dare he! She'd known he had a nasty reputation of having whatever girl he wanted even the principal's daughter had gone bare as the day she was born when he said 'Hi' and she'd taken it upon herself to put him in his place. What she hadn't anticipated however, was him placing a bet on her.

Thirty days?! He must think of her to be that cheap and easy that she'd fall into his arms with love struck eyes in mere thirty days.

Leigh stopped at the end of the hall and took a turn into the ladies restroom. She found an empty stall among the pretty green stall doors, got in and jammed the door shut. Then she took deliberate breaths to cool down her raging temper.

He wasn't worth it anyway. He was just a jerk like all the others who thought they ruled the school. One of those spoilt brats who thought they could have whatever they wanted simply because they were handsome. Well, she was just what he doctor ordered. A heart breaker a day to wipe the smirk away.

If Mr Hotshot Playboy wanted to play the game in thirty days, she could up her game to match his. It was time to bring up her charts and records. When the thirty days was up, she would be standing on the crumbles of his heart, reputation, ego and Willis Reeler won't know what hit him.

She ran. Even when her heart broke into shards and all she wanted to do was scream and scream, She ran. Past the elevators, past the gate, onto the busy streets, yet she kept on running. She could hear him behind her, the heavy footsteps that pounded the pavement just behind her could be none other than his, So she ran. She would not let him catch up with her, she would not let herself be drawn back into his arms. She ran. When her legs felt like logs of wood on fire, she did not slow down not even for a breath of fresh air her burning lungs so desperately craved. Running was all that was left, was all she could do. She had to get as far away from him as she could. She had spent her last bit of courage telling him that story, she had none left. How could she bear to face him now? She ran. She heard shouts, screams, someone was calling her name, saying something, telling her to stop. Throu

THE FINAL CHAPTERLeigh woke up to the intense feeling of pleasure coursing through her body. She turned, expecting to roll back into Willis’ arms but instead was yanked back by her hips which refused to budge. Confused she peered one eye open, then another and found quite shockingly, the reason for her pleasure and discomfort. Willis was down there. Right there between her legs and he was…Even as the realization of hit her, her body peaked sending her soaring and clearing every last trace of sleep. By the time her breathing had returned to a somewhat normalcy, she found him propped up on his elbow, smiling at her. What in the world? “What were you—why did you—what the…?” she trailed off unable to bring herself to finish the question, and glared at him with indignation and embarrassment. To her surprise and annoyance, he laughed. Willis threw his head back and let out his deep, rich la

“Don’t hold back Willis, give in and give me everything.” “You know I had a plan,” Willis began, voice deceitfully calm in a stark contrast to how his hands were racing along the fine lines of her body as he guided her or rather stumbled with her back into the penthouse.“Mmmm, you did?” Far from calm herself, Leigh struggled to keep her voice light and playful.“Sure I did,” they were more or less swaying together to the soft music now. “I was planning to seduce you with dinner,” he nuzzled her neck and she almost melted against him. “A little stargazing.”“I think…” Think straight Leigh! “I think we did stargaze.”“Mmmm, maybe. Then I thought if it wasn’t too cold then the pool…” He was nibbling on her throat now, tasting the sweet flesh just above her collarbone where her blood beat franti

"Oh my Gosh!" Leigh exclaimed, staring wide eyed at the really tall building in front of her. Willis was driving through the parking lot of the elaborate building. It stretched upwards for as far as she could see through the window of the car. That had to be some dope building Leigh thought, her mouth hanging open in awe."Where in the world are we?" She asked when she finally recovered from staring in wonder."We are at the Luminous Hotels." He announced like it was the most obvious thing in the world."The what?" Now, she stared at him in disbelief."Luminous." He provided. "Luminous Hotels.""The same one that won hotel of the year in the country?" She still couldn't believe it. She knew cause they had been given homework to write an essay on it and she had done her research."How can you.... Did you have this planned before hand?" No. He couldn't have. She knew that even when one made a reservation months in advance, they still had to wa

By the time they eventually made it inside, prom was well under way. The large assembly hall had been redecorated into a fancy dance hall for the prom. There were banners, confetti, posters and decorative pieces everywhere. Bright lights flooded the room from hanging tiny bulbs that splayed different colours and made the hall look like something out of a fairytale. About a dozen bouquets of flowers of gumdrop pink and cheery yellow were scattered carefully along the raised podium where an elaborate banner read Saints Academy Senior Prom! In bold letters that matched the colours of the flowers. Leigh tried to absorb everything at once and could only think of how dreamy it all looked. The DJ had on a classic song and there were a few people already dancing on the makeshift dancefloor. Some were at the food stand which really was just a long table that held a large bowl of fruit punch, small chops, pastries of all kinds, small plastic plates of chips and packs of bottle water.
