"I didn't. That was all Storm. And honestly, I don't know how he knew, but it was pure instinct. I gotta admit, it felt awesome to pull the lightning from the air. Although, all Storm was thinking about at the time was saving you," he said softly. "He refused to let anything hurt you. Especially those shadow thingies."

Storm was worried about me? "Is he... mad at me?" I ask, not really sure if I can handle his answer. He seemed to be upset with me as much as Knox was, and I haven't talked directly to his bird. When he comes out, I can feel his emotions strongly, but I can't talk to him and ask him what he's thinking the same way I can ask Knox.

"Why the hell would Storm be mad at you?" he asks. I'm not sure why he's so confused, after all I've seen him upset more than once, and I know it's me he's been upset with. I still don't understand why, but he was. There are so many mixed up emotions coming from Storm, I just don't know what they are.
