SORAYA’S POV

A naked one.

That was the kind of monster on the other side of the door.

Alpha Khai sat on a majestic black-and-gold throne like it was made for him and no one else—one hand draped over the armrest, the other lazily twirling a glass of deep red wine like he had all the time in the world.

One leg rested lazily over the other, muscles flexed beneath skin that caught the firelight like polished bronze.

In front of him, a long obsidian table overflowed with luxurious food—roasted meats, jeweled fruits, crystal decanters of wine, golden goblets—but nothing on that table looked half as tempting as the man himself.

All lean muscle, golden skin, and raw heat.

The sheet around his waist did nothing to hide how dangerous he was—or how blessed. Like a beast dressed in royalty.

Eyes like ice and fire swept the space with unrivalled dominance and power, seizing our breaths and sending our hearts stuttering.

A dangerous smile lit his face with dark mischief.

The aroma infiltrated my nostrils the second the doors opened, causing my stomach to rumble. It was then it occurred to me that I had not eaten all evening.

But why does it feel like I haven’t eaten in weeks?

I seemed to be the only one interested in the food. The other girls had their mouths watering at something else—at the great Alpha King Khai.

From where I stood, the sheet slung around his waist was an insult. It hid the one thing every woman in the room was thinking about—but barely.

It sat low, dangerously low, teasing the sharp V of his hips, each muscle cut and tight like his body was carved from temptation itself.

His abs were the kind you wanted to trace with your tongue—toned, strong, sexy, and flexing with every lazy shift of his weight.

And Goddess, there were litters of scars. Marks that made him all the more masculine. Sinful. Attractive.

He was exactly the kind of man your body reacted to before your mind could catch up.

The kind of man who didn’t need to touch you to make you yearn and wet and drip.

I must admit, I had never seen a male with a body as magnificent as his.

Heat crawled up my cheeks as my thoughts wandered back to how hard his body was pressed against mine at the auction.

Just how hard is his—

Goodness gracious, Soraya. I should not be thinking about these things.

But I couldn’t help myself. Even my wolf was smitten by him.

She was no different from the girls surrounding me—purring dreamily at the sight of his bare body, wanting nothing more than to feel his touch in the most sensual of ways.

But I cannot give in just like that. I still remember the way he treated me at the auction. He was so rude. So disrespectful.

I’d thought he was my savior, but that might have been far from it.

He might be good-looking, but he lacks heavily in personality. And I will not ignore a man’s personality ever again.

I will not have two Ragnars in my life.

I will not have any man in my life.

I just need to stay focused on the plan and be smart. And one day, I will finally be free.

A series of sighs and giggles filled my ears. And just a single lift of Khai’s hand was enough to give them the go-ahead.

The girls rushed to his side, throwing themselves on different parts of him like he was some prized slab of meat tossed to a pack of starving slaves—greedy hands grabbing, lips pressing, bodies pressing up against his like they’d been waiting their whole lives just for a taste.

I stood there, paralyzed to the spot, caught somewhere between shock and… something far more dangerous.

They kissed him like he belonged to them. Licked him like he was a god and it was their duty to worship. Touched every inch of him like they had a right to.

My eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets when one of them slid her hand under the sheet—then pulled it back, rather shamelessly, just to run her tongue over his long, veiny cock like it was only ever hers for the taking.

The girls moaned and giggled, utterly drunk on the moment—as if pleasuring him was some sacred honor they’d spent their entire lives chasing.

The sight evoked a thousand emotions in me—mainly lust, anger, and disgust. There was something about this that attracted me, yet repelled me.

I couldn’t understand it.

My eyes had mainly been focused on his body and what the girls were doing to him. But when they dragged up to his face, my breath hitched.

He was staring right at me.

One would think he’d be halfway across the moon with five women showering him in pleasure. But his face remained stoic, his eyes cold—directed solely at me.

I could have sworn he looked... annoyed.

One of the girls began to stroke his hard member, all while taking the top of him down her throat.

It amazed me how he managed to keep a straight face. He just kept staring at me like I was a puzzle he was trying desperately to solve.

Slowly, a smirk curled up his lips as he leaned further into his chair. He raised his hand and said, “Why are you just standing there? Get over here and do your job.”

I swallowed, then stood my ground.

I might not have a head after this, but fuck it.

“No.”

The girls on him froze. They looked at me like I was the first mortal to challenge a god.

A growl left Khai’s chest as his lips pulled into a snarl. The girls hurriedly continued their work on his body, desperate not to get caught in his wrath.

“What did you just say?”

I knew he was giving me another chance to correct myself. To submit. To avoid making a fool of myself.

But I just couldn’t see myself acting like they did. It was beneath me.

I am not a slut, and I never will be one.

“I said no,” I said, my voice firmer. “I’m not a whore you can just summon to suck your cock. I’m a woman with dignity and pride. So no. I will not come.”

Silence.

SORAYA’S POV“Damn, girl, get up! It is almost time for the banquet!”A groan left my lips as the duvet was snatched away from my body. I groaned — no, wailed — in agony as I searched for the soft covering. How was it already time for the banquet? I had just left her at the vineyard to take a nap!Time always moved so fast when it didn’t need to.“Let me sleep some more,” I mumbled, turning over to my side.“But you’ve been sleeping all day. The banquet is in thirty minutes. There is no time!” Ellie screeched, taking my wrist and forcing me to my feet. She had to be lying. There was no way I’d been sleeping all afternoon. This pregnancy was really taking a toll on me.I rubbed my eyes with the back of my palms as she brought out a dress from a suitcase. It was shielded by a dress cover, but when she unzipped it and pulled the gown free, every atom of sleep vanished from my body that very moment. It was a deep crimson silk gown. The fabric flowed freely, catching the light with even

SORAYA’S POV“We should go out for a picnic,” I said to Ellie. She raised a brow at me.“You know we are not that liberal to just move around however we please. The palace courtyard is off-limits to harem women,” Ellie said, and I let out an exasperated sigh.“It would not hurt to try, now, would it? Besides, what is the worst they’re going to do? Yell at us to get back inside?” I asked, and she giggled. She shook her head but quietly packed a little picnic basket for us. I was tired of being trapped indoors for so long, I needed fresh air. I was still thinking about last night, and all these thoughts were suffocating.I needed to be out in nature.I threw in a couple of fruits from the counter into the basket, and once Ellie was done, I helped her with it. Before we could make it out through the kitchen exit, Nyra walked into the room.I hadn’t seen her since she threatened to tell Khai about me and Gael’s apparent affair. But since I returned, she’s the one who seems to have disapp

  • Pregnant And Claimed By The Wrong Alpha   CHAPTER 57: TAKE CARE OF HER

KHAI’S POVSoraya stormed off the balcony with visible frustration and rage.I wonder what Ragnar must have said to get her worked up like this.Apparently, Ronan couldn’t get close enough to hear their conversation. Not only that, but he also failed to cut off Ragnar’s hand after touching her several times. And he calls me scared for not wanting to spill blood tonight. He said they were arguing. That was nothing new.Probably typical exes quarrel — Ragnar begging her to come back home with him, and Soraya clearly refusing. What else could they possibly be arguing about? Then again, it doesn’t concern me.Ragnar stormed up to me like a raging bull, putting no distance between us as he said:“You are going too far, Khai. End this childish feud. I get it—you’re upset that Sorava chose me over you. But that was her decision. I didn’t steal her from you. She wanted me. It’s not my fault, and it’s most certainly not Soraya’s either. Why are you making her suffer like this?”“Did her moan

SORAYA’S POV I couldn’t look at him. I looked at everything but him. I wish he never found out about the pregnancy. But as always, it was my fault for trusting the wrong man. Again. “Holy shit,” Ragnar cursed, panic washing over his features as he dragged a hand down his face. The wheels in his head were turning—and they were turning fast. “He doesn’t know, does he?” I didn’t give a response. He already knew more than he deserved. “God damn it, Soraya. I’m trying to help you!” “You? Help me? Oh please. Those words don’t even sound right in the same sentence,” I snapped, and he shut his eyes for a moment. He inhaled like he was trying to keep himself from losing his patience. “Does he know?” He repeated the question, as though he was talking to a child. “No, for fuck’s sake! I am not that stupid,” I said, folding my arms above my chest. “Okay, that’s good. Now I’m sure he hasn’t given you anything poisonous,” he muttered, speaking like he was talking to himself and

  • Pregnant And Claimed By The Wrong Alpha   CHAPTER 55: IT’S MINE

SORAYA’S POV The moon was full and brilliant tonight. Its silver glow was cast upon the entire earth, leaving a calming effect across the land. The night air hit my skin and a shiver crawled up my spine. Considering I was wearing little to nothing, I knew it would be a matter of time before I caught a cold. But still, I needed fresh air. I needed to think. My hands met the edge of the balcony as I inhaled deeply. That was… incredible. My body was experiencing aftershocks from what happened. I always wondered why Khai always teased me. Why he always touched me, fingered me, and ate me out but never actually fucked me. But now I know why. He was saving the moment for this night. To do it not just in front of every alpha across the realm, but in front of my very own husband. And I loved it. I was ashamed to admit it, but I did. Being held in his arms as he sank into me, offering my body the most wonderful pleasures in front of the man I despised the most was the mos

KHAI’S POVThis woman must have put some spell on her pussy. It was the only explanation.Never have I fucked a woman and wanted to fuck her all over again barely a second later. She was the most delicious thing to ever sit on this dick.I could not take my eyes off her. She laid on my chest, her breathing ragged and her eyes droopy. I should take that as proof that she enjoyed it.Slowly, I begin to regain consciousness and my sense of self. I remembered where we were and who we were with. Most of the alphas surrounding me kept staring at Soraya’s ass, their eyes dark with lust. They wanted to have a taste of what I just had.Over my dead body.I had believed that after this moment I would grow tired of Soraya and discard her to the next alpha to have fun with. But now that seemed like a nightmare to me. The thought of another man touching her, getting a taste of her, was a trigger.I could not even imagine it. Just the mere thought of it made me want to go on a killing spree.“I w
