LIAM’S POV:

“Who was it?” I asked curiously.

“I think it was Charles Robert”

“What” I gasped in shock at the mention of that name.

“Mia, are you sure of what you saw? Maybe you didn't see his face when he took the mask off so you might have assumed him to be someone else” I rapped while staring intuitively at Mia who gently shook her in disapproval.

“I'm sure of what I saw Liam, I saw his face when he took his mask off. It was Charles Robert” Mia said.

I exhaled heavily as I thought of the reason Charles would try to harm me. Was it to spite me or was it totally for a different reason?

“If it's truly him, then why did his shoulder feel so soft when I got a hold of him in the passageway? He almost seemed like a girl to me if not for the masculine way he was dressed” I said pensively.

“What happened in the passageway?” Mia immediately asked.

“Nothing, just that I saw him leaving your room while I was coming back from the restroom so I got a hold of him because he seemed suspicious but h
