Dahlia’s Pov,

I hate to say this but Carlton is like the best chef and teacher I’ve met in my entire life. I’ve been literally smitten by the impeccable way he’s lecturing the students and handling the culinariy so far. It’s like he had been cooking from his mother’s belly and he was born to lecture it.

We started at the basic of cooking today. And we started off with French fries. So far, Carlton had enthusiastically taken the students through each step, breaking it into unit that even I am learning from him. He seem to have of pool of secret tips and several alternatives for time managing which he had dished out to the student. The moment had totally overwhelmed me that I never knew I had been smiling sheepishly… At Carlton… and it’s not fake.
