Chapter 10 – I don't like her

Kisha boarded a taxi to Brian’s office. Since it was her first time there, she was a little lost. Luckily, she met the receptionist who recalled her from their wedding pictures online. “Mrs. Wright, how may I help you?” She let out a kind smile and asked. Kisha smiled back, saying,

“I am here to see Brian.”

“I have not seen him leave, which means he is in his office but his secretary should know more,” The receptionist said, as she glanced at the secretary’s office, which was transparent due to the glass compartment. Seeing it was not occupied, she leveraged, “That is Mr. Wright’s office but I don’t know where his secretary is. Perhaps to serve his morning coffee.”

Hearing morning coffee, Kisha’s heart twitched a little. “Thank you,” she said to the receptionist, and without knocking, she opened the secretary’s office door, and went through to Brian’s. Indeed, Linda was serving Brian’s coffee, and seeing Kisha, Brian smiled.
