Chapter 14— Prey becomes Predator

"Uhh! mm!" Ryan woke up with a sore head, the alcohol of last night made his head ache that morning.

He complained and frowned as he tried to squeeze his eyes to see clearly, immediately the events of the night before began to replay in his memory. He exhaled and chuckled silently.

Quickly he spread out his hand on the other side of the bed checking to see if he had thought right, he searched but his hand found nothing or no one next to him.

Finally he managed to open his eyes and the room was awfully bright, he flinched and blinked a thousand times, then he tried again with one of his hand still placed on the side of his head. His eyes were fully opened now and he could see that he was the only one on the bed, he searched through his memory again and questioned himself— was it all a dream? Did he imagine it all? No! It couldn't be; he was sure that the lady in red was here with him, he couldn't have imagined that steamy sex.

"She's gone! She left! Shit!" He whisper
