Ryan swerved the car wildly as he drove into the car park by the side of his house. They hurriedly got down the car and ran to the house with their heads protected from the rain using a black jacket Ryan had forgotten inside his car the last time he used it; only this time the jacket had served a purpose.It rained heavily on this day that was once sunny and bright, now it was dull, wet and cold.Lara and the detective dodged into the corridor of the townhouse and continued the run up the stairs. Finally they reached the door to Ryan's apartment, both of them rushed into the apartment at the same time as though they were still being pursued by the rain... which was obviously outside! Lara continued to run up the stairs in her black heels, “Shit! I can’t run in these anymore!” She angrily took off the shoes from her feet. Lara gasped in shock when she saw a tall man dressed in black standing in front of her. “Let’s make this easy for both of us, shall we?” He scoffed and adjusted his leather jacket, “FBI! I’m agent Ryan Steven. Just hand over the diamond and all this will be over!” The tall man showed off his ID to create fear in Lara’s heart. “Never!” She whispered and threw a tiny black ball at him, immediately the ball exploded loudly and filled the air with thick purple dust! Lara took to her heels and gave it a run for her life, she opened the last door on the roof which led her to a wide space, she felt the air of freedom touch her skin. “Jack! Let’s go!” She called. Jack was all packed up and ready to go, he ran behind Lara towards the helicopter that had been set to take off as soon the boss came up to the roof. Oliver the pilot gestured his hand towards them telling them to hasten up “Come on guys!” “Hey stop there or I’ll shoot!” The FBI threatened from behind. “Damn it!” Lara cursed.
