Chapter 6

Conrad's POV

The whole ride on the way home was awfully quiet and I am fine with that, I am used to this kind of silence anyway.

When I reached my unit I punched the code and stepped inside and I felt Atasha following me.

I headed towards the living and sat on the couch. I unbuttoned my polo shirt slightly revealing my chest then leaned on the couch.

I saw Atasha headed towards her room and I watched her as she stepped inside.

When Atasha is out of my sight I reached for the remote and open the TV. While I am in the middle of distracting myself I felt my phone vibrate against my pocket and upon looking at my phone screen I saw my father's name so I let out a deep breath and then answered the call.

"Meet me at 8 in the evening, I will send you the address of the restaurant, bring Atasha with you," he uttered and after that, he dropped the call not letting me speak.
