“Hey, Jarren.”

“Hey, Teya,” I responded, stepping into the house.

“So tell me. Where are you taking Jillie on your honeymoon?”

“I can’t tell you that, Teya.”

“Yes, you can. I won’t tell her.”

I chuckled. “Yes, you will.”

She glared at me playfully. “I’ll remember that young man. If you don’t tell me, I’ll ask your mother.”

“I figured you’d say that, but she can’t tell you either because she doesn’t know.”

“The anticipation of not knowing is killing me,” she responded.

“You’re just going to have to wait until after the wedding.”

“This isn’t fair.”

“What isn’t fair?” Ean asked, coming down the hall. “Hey, Jarren.” He then greeted them.

“Hey,” I responded.

“He won’t tell me where they’re going on their honeymoon,” Teya informed him.

Ean chuckled. “I wouldn’t tell you either.”

“Whatever,” Teya grumbled. “Jillie’s in her room, sweetie.” She then told me.

“Thanks. I’ll see you both later,” I stated before heading up the stairs.
