ANTALYA'S POV

The past three days had been absolute torture, and it had nothing to do with the grueling hockey training schedule. No, my personal hell came in the form of Raymond Alfonso and his insufferable need to torment me at every possible opportunity.

"Morning, sunshine," Raymond called out as I tried to sneak back into our room after an early morning shower. "Sleep well? You were tossing and turning all night. Bad dreams?"

I gritted my teeth, keeping my eyes fixed on my dresser. "I slept fine."

"Really? Because you kept mumbling in your sleep. Something about running away." His voice carried that familiar teasing lilt that made my skin crawl with anxiety.

Was I really talking in my sleep? What if I said something that gave me away?

"I don't talk in my sleep," I lied, pulling out a clean shirt with more force than necessary.

"Oh, but you do," Raymond said, and I could hear the grin in his voice. "It's actually pretty entertaining. You have quite the vocabulary for such a shy guy

Antalya's POV The sight of him on his knees, chained to the cold stone wall, shattered something inside me. My heart didn’t just break; it shattered, into a million jagged pieces that tore at my insides. I fumbled with the heavy iron bar lock, my fingers slipping in my panic, and finally shoved the cell door open with a screech of metal.“Dominic!” I rushed to him, dropping to my own knees on the damp floor. I cupped his face, forcing him to look at me. His skin was cold. His eyes, usually so dark and full of fire, were glazed with a haze of pain and something else… confusion. “My God, what did they do to you? What’s going on?”He blinked, a slow, laborious movement, as if pulling himself back from a great distance. His voice was a ragged, broken thing, scraping from his throat. “Antalya…? You… you shouldn’t be here.”“Of course I’m here! Tell me what happened.”His eyes finally focused on mine, and the raw, unfiltered anger in them made me flinch. “Raymond,” he spat the name like a

  • Pucked by Alphas: The Omega Hockey Tomboy   CHAPTER 150

Antalya's POVThe cold air outside the pack mansion bit at my cheeks, but it was nothing compared to the icy dread freezing my insides. I’d practically sprinted from the rink after getting a hurried, distracted permission from Coach Miller. The whispers, the rumors Sasha had heard… they couldn’t be true. Dominic, locked up? It was unthinkable.I marched up to the main entrance, my heart a frantic drum against my ribs. Two huge guards I didn’t recognize immediately crossed their spears, blocking the ornate doors.“Let me through,” I demanded, my voice sharper than I intended. Fear made it brittle. The guard on the left, a man with a scar tracing his jawline, shook his head. His expression was grim, almost pitying. “No one is permitted entry, Miss.”“Miss?” I snapped, the title feeling like an insult. “I am your Luna. You will let me pass. I need to see Dominic.”The other guard shifted his weight, looking uncomfortable. “It’s for your own safety. The Alpha… he’s not himself. He’s in a

Raymond's POVThe old floorboards in the study creaked under Dominic’s weight, and I held my breath from my hiding spot in the shadowed armoire. The scent of his rage was a thick, coppery wave that washed through the room even before the door exploded inward. I’d been a fool to come here, to listen to Greeley’s desperate pleas for an alliance. But the old man’s words had wormed their way under my skin. He’s losing his mind, Raymond. The pack is suffering. Someone has to stop him before there’s nothing left to save.Through the slats, I saw it all. Saw Dominic, my brother, but not my brother. This was a creature of pure, undiluted fury. He moved with a terrifying, brutal efficiency, taking down Greeley’s guards without breaking a sweat. And then his hands were around Greeley’s throat, slamming the older man against the wall. Lacie’s screams were just background noise. This is it. This is the madness Greeley warned me about. My own heart hammered against my ribs, a frantic drumbeat echo

Lacie's POVThe plan was perfect. Finally. I watched from my wheelchair by the window as the pack hall swarmed with activity, a hive of angry, buzzing bees. Whispers of Dominic’s attack on the elders were everywhere. Tyrant. Unfit. Mad.A slow smile curved my lips. Good. Let them see him for the monster he was. Soon, they’d have no choice. They’d beg my father and the other elders to take control. And Dominic? He’d be on his knees, at our mercy. He could keep his fancy title, but he would be our puppet. And I would be the one holding his strings.Perfect.The thought was a warm, sweet thrill in my chest. After everything he’d done to me, after the humiliation and the pain, I would own him. And that little bitch Antalya? She’d be nothing. A forgotten stain. I’d make sure of it.The front door of our estate slammed open so hard the sound was a gunshot echoing through the entire house. I jumped, my heart lurching. What in the world? Then came the screams. The brutal, wet sounds of a figh

Antalya's POVThe words hung in the air, a death sentence for my past and a storm cloud over my future. I just stared at him, at this powerful man on his knees before me, and felt the world I thought I knew crumble to dust.“Look at me, Dominic.”He did. His dark eyes, usually so full of fire and command, were shattered. Raw. I saw the truth in them, and it was so much worse than any lie.My parents. Murdered. Because of me. Because of him.A sound tore from my throat, something between a sob and a scream. I stumbled back from him, my hands flying to my mouth. “Get out,” I whispered, the words muffled by my fingers.“Antalya, please—”“Get out!” The scream was full-force now, echoing in the too-quiet room. “I can’t… I can’t look at you right now. I just… I need to be alone. Please. Just go.”The pain on his face was a physical thing. He looked like I’d stabbed him. Again. But he didn’t fight me. He slowly, painfully, got to his feet. He looked older somehow, the weight of his confessi

  • Pucked by Alphas: The Omega Hockey Tomboy   CHAPTER 146

Dominic's POVThe silence in the room was a heavy, suffocating thing after my confession. Antalya stood frozen, her beautiful face stark white, her eyes wide and unblinking. She wasn’t crying yet. She was just… processing. And the wait was agony.I watched her, my own heart a frantic, painful drum against my ribs. I had just handed her a world of pain, and I was the one who had built its foundations.“They… they were targeting me?” she finally whispered, the words so soft I had to strain to hear them. “Before… before us?”I nodded, my throat tight. “Yes. From the moment I first noticed you. The moment I decided I had to have you. They saw it. They saw my interest and they panicked. They didn’t want me to have a Luna. They didn’t want me to have an heir. A strong, united pack with a true leader… it was their worst nightmare.”I took a step closer, needing her to see the truth in my eyes, to understand the depth of the betrayal. It wasn’t just about us. It was so much bigger.“They star
