Dorian’s POV

I didn’t realize how long I had been standing alone in the palace garden after my mate rejected me.

It wasn’t until Beta Andrew’s voice cut through my thoughts that I finally looked up.

“Your Majesty.”

I turned to find him standing a respectful distance away.

“The Alpha King and the council elders are waiting. The political meeting is about to begin.”

For a moment, I simply stared at him.

Politics,Border security,Trade agreements,Military alliances.

Those things had always come firs

  • REBIRTH OF THE OMEGA BRIDE    Chapter 38:THE BRIDGE

Investigator Dan’s POV By the following morning, I had already decided where I wanted to begin. The eastern corridor. It was the only useful lead we had. A servant had remembered hearing two women discussing Princess Fiona shortly after the Lycan King’s departure, but she had been unable to identify either of them. It wasn’t enough to make an accusation, but it was enough to give me a place to start. I spent the first hour questioning the servants who worked in that section of the palace. Most of them had heard something about the rumors, but none could tell me where they had begun. Some had heard them in the kitchens, others in the servants’ quarters, while a few claimed the noblewomen had been discussing them long before the servants ever heard about them. The story seemed to be everywhere. Yet the beginning remained hidden. Eventually, I found the maid who had been working near the eastern corridor on the day the Lycan King departed. Her name was Clara. I had spoken to h

  • REBIRTH OF THE OMEGA BRIDE    Chapter 39:A FRIENDS DEFENSE

Lilian’s POV The rumors had grown far beyond what I had expected. At first, they had been nothing more than whispers exchanged between servants and noblewomen. Something people could deny ever saying if they were confronted. Now they had begun reaching the council members. That was dangerous. Not because I regretted what I had done. I didn’t. The danger was that if the whispers became too wild, people might start looking for their source instead of believing the story itself. And I couldn’t allow that. I needed to control the direction of the conversation. More importantly, I needed to make sure that when people looked at me, they saw exactly what I wanted them to see. A concerned friend. A loyal companion. Someone who would never betray Fiona. I found the opportunity that morning when I entered the palace courtyard and heard two noble ladies speaking in hushed voices. “I heard the princess has been behaving strangely since the Lycan King’s departure.” “I heard someth

  • REBIRTH OF THE OMEGA BRIDE    Chapter 37:THE INVESTIGATION BEGINS

Alpha Ambrose’s POV I didn’t sleep well that night. Fiona’s words kept returning to me, especially the way she had looked at me when she told me she didn’t understand why everyone had suddenly begun treating her differently. She hadn’t sounded angry. She hadn’t even sounded defensive. She had sounded hurt. That was what bothered me most. My daughter had been walking through her own home for days feeling as though she no longer belonged there, and I had been too occupied with the affairs of the kingdom to notice. But there was something else I couldn’t ignore. The rumors. After Fiona left my study, I remained seated for a long time, thinking about everything she had told me. She had denied that anything inappropriate had happened between her and the Lycan King, and I believed her. There had been no hesitation in her answer, no frantic attempt to explain herself, no inconsistency in her account. More importantly, I knew my daughter. I had watched Fiona grow from a quiet little

  • REBIRTH OF THE OMEGA BRIDE    Chapter 40:THE PRICE OF TRUST

Alpha Ambrose’s POVTrust was a dangerous thing. When given to the right person, it could strengthen a family, secure an alliance, and hold a kingdom together through its darkest seasons. But when given to the wrong person, trust became something far more dangerous because the person holding it could use it against you without ever raising a weapon.I had spent most of my life learning to recognize the difference between loyalty and convenience, between genuine concern and carefully disguised ambition. Yet when it came to the people closest to Fiona, I had always been more willing to trust than I should have been. Lilian had been part of my daughter’s life for years. She had eaten at our table, walked these palace corridors freely, attended family gatherings, and stood beside Fiona through moments I had once believed were enough to prove the strength of their friendship. Now I wasn’t so certain.Dan’s investigation had not produced enough evidence to accuse anyone, but it had produced

  • REBIRTH OF THE OMEGA BRIDE    Chapter 36:THE QUESTION

Fiona’s POV I had barely returned to my chambers when a palace attendant came to inform me that Father wanted to see me. The words should not have frightened me, but they did. For days, I had been wondering why he had not spoken to me, why he had allowed the distance between us to grow without asking what was wrong. Now that he had finally summoned me, I couldn’t help wondering whether he had finally heard whatever everyone else seemed to know. I followed the attendant through the familiar corridors toward Father’s study, trying to calm the uneasiness building inside me. My mind returned to the conversation I had overheard earlier, particularly the words “rumors” and “Princess Fiona.” I still didn’t know exactly what people were saying, but I had begun to understand that whatever it was had become serious enough for senior officials to discuss it with my father. That realization frightened me more than anything else because Father was not a man who allowed gossip to influence his d

  • REBIRTH OF THE OMEGA BRIDE    Chapter 35:A FARHER’S DOUBT

Alpha Ambrose’s POV I had spent most of the morning buried beneath reports from the northern territories, but somehow, none of them had managed to occupy my thoughts completely. The kingdom had been unusually restless since the Lycan King’s departure, and although no immediate threat had presented itself, there was a strange tension among my advisers that I couldn’t quite explain. Every time I entered a room, conversations seemed to quiet before continuing in carefully measured tones. At first, I assumed it was simply the pressure of governing. Then my chief adviser asked to speak with me privately. “Your Majesty, there is something we need to discuss.” I looked up from the report in my hands. “If this concerns the northern borders, you may speak freely.” “It doesn’t.” Something in his expression made me set the report aside. “What is it?” He hesitated before taking the seat opposite my desk. “It concerns Princess Fiona.” My brows immediately drew together. “Fiona?” “Yes,
