“Are you sure you cannot remember, Luna?” The healer asked, eyes looking at me with pity.

I forged an innocent frown. “I-I cannot remember much, truly.”

From the corner of my eyes, I could see my mate's eyes twinkle with excitement and relief. He grabbed me, made me turn to him.

“What do you remember last? Tell me.”

I take my time to answer, blinking rapidly and shifting uncomfortably. “Uh…it was the coronation party. That is all I can remember, Damien. Is…Is something wrong?”

He shook his head, feigning a calm look. Deep down though, I knew how elated he was.

To him, I had lost all memories of his misbehavior with me by selling me out to the bears.

To him, I had not seen anything happen in that abandoned garden.

Damien thought all was well; that I was still that sweet mate of his who could be manipulated easily.

And that's how I wanted it to be. I took a deep breath and snuggled into his arms. That night, Damien let me sleep in his chambers.

Time passed and soon, it was

  • REBORN LUNA'S REVENGE    Ruthless Rogue

No.Ice cold fear froze the blood in my veins, and the scream didn't even make it past my clogged throat. I clutched at the side of the hug tub, I was lounging in, feeling panic ridden. The figure stepped out from the darkest part of my wash room, and allowed the light to briefly drape over him, before he stepped back in. Recognition closely followed by horror immediately hit me like a wagon as I realized just who was standing there. A dark lone figure in my private wash room, simply watching me. I wrapped my arms around my neck, even though the rest of my body was submerged in water. What was he doing here? The words I wanted to say died in my throat, and I could into stare at him in mortification. "What are you doing here?" I asked, slowly. That seemed to be the pattern whenever I saw him—I would wonder how he had gotten close enough to me inside the palace, and he would br

  • REBORN LUNA'S REVENGE    Alone

My whole body was shaking all over, and I couldn't exactly tell if it was from rage or despair. I hated Damien. Maybe this was why my inner wolf couldn't even stand being in his presence anymore. He was a mindless monster, and his apology? All of it was garbage. Just worthless garbage to keep me in his hold. I had been a fool to fall for it, and now I was paying the price. A panicked cry tore out of my lady in waiting as she tried to close the distance between us. "My alpha? My lady?" Her tone was still questioning, like she couldn't believe what she was seeing. If I wasn't standing before her in a torn garment, and probably a bloody lower lip from the slap Damien had given me, I wouldn't have believed it too. My own mate had tried to take advantage of me. It didn't matter that I was supposed to belong to him alone, or that he was fated to me by the goddesses. He'd clearly m

  • REBORN LUNA'S REVENGE    Forceful Alpha

I let out my tongue to wet my lips, and Damien's gaze followed the action with a thirsty look in his eyes.Goddess save me! "Uh, we can do that!" I shrieked, saying one thing with my mouth, but doing another, by putting some distance between us. His brows furrowed between each other, and his hand on me dropped. I sighed because I could finally breath again. But Damien had an agitated look on his face, that bothered on perplexed and annoyed. I gulped unevenly. "Some of our guests are already here. Don't you think it'll be a little rude if they catch us—" He closed more distance between us again. "This is my palace, Madeline. I can do what I please, with whoever I please." Madeline. Not Maddy. The warning was clear in his tone. If I didn't want this, then there were people who did. An alpha taking a mistress wasn't as frowned upon as I would imagine, as long as he acknowledged

Thankfully, the rest of the welcomes went down without a hitch. Although I was a little surprised that most of the representatives from the foxes, coyotes, and snakes clan weren't exactly the ones I had met when the bear pack had captured me. Did it mean that those people were working behind their alpha's backs, or had there been a change of leaders in the recent times. It wouldn't be all that surprising if there were. Everyone knew that only the wolves kept a strict hand on leadership. Our alpha's were our alpha's, and feelings on the matter didn't change anything, because alpha's were always going to be predominantly stronger than other werewolves. We had Alphas, Betas, Gammas, and then Omegas. There were the Ordinaries too—those who were neither of the four, and almost like humans. The safest place for the Ordinaries to live in had always been Ker, ruled by a werewolf alpha, because we didn'

  • REBORN LUNA'S REVENGE    Winning Alpha

A silent sound escaped my throat before the bear clan raised an interested brow up. His massive had stopped Damien's before he could even make the hit, and my breathing stopped. My widened eyes darted between my mate and the predator which still had his shifted claws in his hold. Angus was still looking at me, and Damien was wincing in pain. For a moment, I realized that without his father, Damien wasn't ever going to be anything.I should have known though. Why else would the alpha of the bear clan walk into his palace without any fear of repercussion, especially after he'd nearly taken his life, and captured his mate once. To Alpha Angus, Damien was weak. "Stop it." I whispered harshly, not sparing my mate a glance. "You're still out guest." The massive man squeezed his hand tighter, and Damien raised his second hand at him, again. Angus knew what he was doing. Damien would never signal his guards over here, because then he would be seen for what he was—weak. And as long

The hair on the back of my neck stood at attention, a sliver of awareness slithering through my skin, until it felt like I was shaking from it. Damien's hold on me tightened by a fraction, and I let myself inhale the warmth he was exuding. It wasn't enough. Damien wasn't the one who had saved me from this man when he'd captured me and nearly had his wicked way with me. He wasn't the one my body craved when I felt like that danger would engulf me again. My inner wolf wanted—no needed someone else to feel safe. But all I had right now was Damien, so I needed to make do with it. I tried to relax just slightly, forcing my head to remain held high, as I and my mate turned at the same time, to the voice who had spoken. "Alpha Angus, it's a pleasure to see that you've received our invitation with much grace."I droned out the words like a corpse who—without any feeling at all, and all three of us knew it was a lie. Damien created some distance between us, and shot s venomous look a
