Marissa ran to Jade and engulfed her in a tight hug.

“ What are you doing here?” she asked her as she held her at arms length.

“ Do you know her?” asked Damian.

Marissa nodded her head.

“ Yes. She is my best friend. I can't believe you are here. Did they hurt you?” she asked Jade as she checked her for any injuries. Her appearance was rough and she looked exhausted. Other than that, she seemed fine.

“ No but what is all this. What are you doing here ?” she paused. “ They turned into wolves. Giant wolves” said Jade wide eyed.

“ It's okay. It's okay. You are safe” said Marissa as she reassured her.

“ Take her” said Damian as he took hold of Marissa's hand and turned to leave.

“ What! No!” shouted Marissa.

Damian sighed.

“ I know she is your friend love but she has to be interrogated” said Damian to her.

“ Interrogated? Like some sort of criminal. Can't you see she is all shaken up from the whole experience?” asked Marissa angrily.
