Synopsis  “ I Marissa Jordan reject you alpha Damian Oak as my mate” she said to him confidently.  “I, alpha Damian Oak, alpha of the silver moon pack do not accept your rejection” he said to her still smirking. Red haired Marissa's life was irrevocably shattered when her coven was annihilated and her family was slain by ravenous wolves, all the while her formidable powers lay dormant, sealed away for her own protection. She escaped into a human town to hide.  Fate dealt her a cruel hand when she was kidnapped and ended up in the territory of alpha Damian who turned out to be her mate.  Desperate to escape, and fiercely independent, she resisted but her attempts were futile. She was marked against her will,  forever bound to Damian as his mate.  Things became more complicated when a demon king began hunting her, drawn by the very power that was sealed away. With no other option, Marissa's seal was broken unleashing the full extent of her dormant abilities.  Can they save the supernatural world or are they destined to fail?

chapter 1: Nightmare
It was a full moon night and the air was thick with the scent of danger. Marissa has always been drawn to the woods but tonight, she felt an inexplicable urge to venture deeper than she ever had before. She didn't know why she felt this way, but she couldn't ignore the call of the wild. As she walked deeper into the woods, Marissa raised her hand and chanted a spell. A bright light came out of her hand and illuminated her path. She felt alive. Being outside and surrounded by nature had sharpened her senses. Every rustle of leaves, every snap of a twig seemed amplified in the stunness of the night, and then, she heard a low growl. Marissa froze,her heart pounding in her chest. Marissa squinted her eyes as she tried to see in the midst of the chaos. People were running every where and some where tripping over each other. There were some people lying on the ground wounded. Pieces of dirts and dust flew everywhere and her ears were ringing. She staggered to her feet as she looked for Jade. “ Jade! Jade! Where are you?” shouted Marissa as she searched for Jade. Damian watched as his parents welcomed guests. The room was filled with wolves from different packs. “Alpha Damian, lovely party” said Raya as she came to stand by his side. “ Yeah. My mom did a great job. I am still wondering how she managed to pull this off. Chapter 4: Rejected
Damian watched as she stood up and straightened herself. Her clothes were dirty and she had mud all over her face. She looked at him in fear. “ No. No. No. Please don't come any closer” she chanted as she took unsteady steps backwards. Damian did not understand. Why was she afraid of him. He took a few steps towards her. “ It's okay. I won't hurt you” he said to her as he approached her cautiously but she shook her head and broke into a run. Damian cursed inwardly as he ran after her. He knew she was not a wolf. He could easily outrun her. Marissa cursed her luck as she ran. How could her mate be a werewolf not just any werewolf, an alpha. Chapter 6: The Encounter
King Zedikiah was surrounded by four people. He was training with his men today. He smirked as one of them lunged at the him and threw a punch in his direction. He swiftly dodged the punch and kicked him on his stomach. The man flew backwards and passed out. The rest of them shifted back in fear. He decided to end the fight. He moved in a blur and seconds later, the remaining three men where on the ground passed out. He shook his head in disgust. These were supposedly some of the best men he had. They were defeated in seconds. General Mathias and Kasha stood close by. “ What is this?. Why are they so weak?” King Zedikiah asked angrily. “I am sorry your majesty” replied Mathias. That was the only thing he could say as the king was radiating so much dark energy. “ Sorry?. Is that all you have to say?” he asked again. General Mathias knelt down and kept his mouth shut. The king walked past him. “Bring me your best fighters in two weeks time. They better be worth my time”

**** We are under attack. The words kept on repeating in Marissa's ears as she stood rooted to the ground. She was jolted back to reality when Jade grabbed her hand. Marissa looked at her brother as he was being treated. She still could not believe that he was here in front of her after so many years. She looked at him. His face was still the same except it has become more matured and weary with years of hardships and stress. She could not imagine what he has gone through all those years they were separated. The doctor nodded at her when he was done treating him. She went and sat by his bedside then held his hand. She caressed his face as tears began flowing from her eyes.
