Quinn's POV

Knock knock.

Aaargh!

Who could that be this time of night. It's midnight, for goodness' sake. Could it be Sean? I switch my bedside lamp on before heading towards the main door. I don't bother putting on a coat, I only have tiny shorts and a lace vest. It might even help to reconcile with Sean. I run my fingers through my hair to put it in place.

I put on the sitting room lights on so that he can have full view of me the moment I open the door. I am sure he is going to forgive me. I open the door as seductively as can.

I freeze the moment I open the door. It's not Sean or anybody I can think about.

“You?” I ask surprised. “What do you want.” I ask as chills run down my spine. All of a sudden, I am fully aware of my naked body in front of him. He just stares at me without blinking. His eyes are on my eyes.

    QuinnSo that’s Sage, and Cutie is the King. That went down the drain so fast, how can I compare to a beauty queen like her? I know I am gorgeous, but it cannot be compared to her.
