Chapter Four:

Chapter Four:

Ella stepped away from Marcus and slapped him immediately, angrily saying, "Don't even think about getting close to me!"

Marcus was astonished, getting slapped by a girl of eighteen, the strongest of wolves who had faced dangerous wolves and rogues, King Marcus was slapped and threatened. He almost killed her but left his room to meet Rhea, intending to teach her how to dare and raise her voice.

Marcus angrily said, looking at Rhea, "What did you tell her? If Ella keeps refusing my presence, I'll get rid of you. I will execute without hesitation. Just a little time, and I will have her with me, or else..."

Rhea's heart was filled with horror, unaware of what was happening, but she was sure that Marcus would end her life if Ella continued to resist. As for Ella, she screamed loudly in her room, feeling exhausted and in pain. He had tried to assault her under her sister's eyes, and she, being weak, couldn't do anything.

She headed to the bathroom to remove the scent lingering on her body. As she got closer to her underwear, she found that it was wet, undoubtedly because he had been so close to her and touched her.

She lay down on her large bed and then fell into a deep sleep. Meanwhile, Marcus was filled with anger and didn't know what to think or what to do. Everything seemed like a puzzle. He had lost himself in her, smelled her scent, and touched her body. Everything had been wonderful, but the unexpected and severe rejection had left him puzzled. He wandered and paced around until he decided that he would make her his, whether she accepted or refused. However, he wouldn't tolerate humiliation and rejection from an eighteen-year-old girl who had just turned eighteen today. He decided to get some rest, and tomorrow he would do what he had in mind.

Rhea was trembling in fear. She had threatened Ella with Marcus, and now the situation had changed, leaving her afraid of Marcus. It was her responsibility to persuade her sister to return to him and change her mind; otherwise, both of them would face banishment from the pack and death without a doubt.

(In the morning of the next day)

Ella woke up feeling warm, as if someone had slept all night, embracing her. She had slept through the night without feeling anything, as her first transformation into a wolf had been extremely exhausting. She felt like her soul was being pulled out of her body. But could someone have visited her room during the night, or was it just her imagination?

Ella took a shower and put on comfortable clothes: a white sweater, black pants, and sneakers. She headed downstairs to prepare breakfast, knowing that she wouldn't escape Rhea's questions, and a lot was going to happen after her rejection of Marcus. She had to be prepared for what was coming.

As she exited her room, she heard Rhea's voice calling out to her, saying, "We need to talk, Ella!"

Ella turned to the voice and found that Rhea had been unable to sleep all night. Perhaps Marcus had threatened her, or she felt sadness as all her plans had failed. Maybe it was because she had rejected Marcus. Ella decided to ignore her sister and go to Henry. She felt uncomfortable and on the verge of tears.

Ella rushed out of the house and knocked on Henry's door. She wanted to talk for a bit, to understand what was happening to her and what would be the end with Marcus.

As she knocked on the door, Henry welcomed her with his usual bright smile. He took her hand and led her inside.

"I'll prepare breakfast for you. Just sit down for a moment, and don't think too much. This is how you'll get tired, my dear Ella," Henry said as he went toward the kitchen.

"Just a cup of coffee. I just need coffee, or should I tell you something. I'll come with you to the kitchen and tell you what I came for," Ella spoke, sounding sad, and her face appeared pale.

"I know you're thinking about everything that happened yesterday. But you need to calm down a bit, and then we'll find a suitable solution," Henry said as he held her hand, trying to comfort her.

Her warm tears fell on her cheeks, and she felt weak. She said, as she looked at Henry, "But I feel pain piercing my heart, as if it's going to burst out of my chest."

Henry felt pity for Ella, and as they were talking, something appeared to shine between her eyebrows, like a special mark. He wondered and remained stunned, staring at the mark that was shining between her eyes.

---

Suddenly, Marcus appeared in front of Rhea, furious, and he grabbed her by her hair, saying, "Where is your rebellious sister?"

Ella was in pain, and she regretted that she had treated Ella harshly. This king wouldn't spare her and leave her to live in peace. He might turn her life into hell. She moaned in pain and said, "I know where she is! She's definitely at Henry's house. He's her only friend, and you have no one else to turn to, Marcus."

Marcus left her, and she fell to the ground. He then descended to her level and said, grumbling, "An obedient girl, Rhea. It seems that I'll need you for a lot in the future. Now, I have to go to that little girl and make her be mine, willingly or unwillingly. There's no choice, and no one dares to stand in my way, no matter how strong they are!"

Marcus said these words and got up to leave for Ella. But before leaving, he heard Rhea saying, "What will you do to her, Marcus?"

Marcus laughed mockingly and left. While leaving, he spat at Rhea; she knew him well, or rather, she had been involved with him. Rhea would become one of his prostitutes.
