TWO

CAMILE

Everything unfolded in slow motion.

They stood at the center of the podium, dressed in royal attire, while the pack members gazed at them as if they were divine beings. The claps echoed throughout the opening. It dulled the pounding of my heart.

I couldn't tell what was happening, what I was seeing. I wanted the nightmare to end, for the prank to end. This was definitely a prank, and Zane was soon going to laugh at my expression and shout, "Gotcha!”

None of that happened.

I stood up on shaky feet.

“Zane…” This time I could speak. Zane’s head snapped towards me, and I heard someone shout a command.

“Drag her out.”

That didn't deter me. I pulled myself towards Zane, the man who loved me, the man who treated me like I was all of his dreams come true. But this man didn't look like the man I've loved for the past 4 years.

He wasn't looking at me like I was all of his dreams come true. He was looking at me like I was filth, dirty, and not worthy of being in his presence.

It troubled me, but I pushed on. There was something wrong. Emma must have blindsided him. She must have performed some sorcery. This wasn't my Zane.

She stood beside him, tall and poignant, a malicious and triumphant glint still in her eyes.

“Zane,” I started shakily, “what do you mean… what's going on? How's Emma the… You have a child together? Is this a joke? What…”

I could hardly get any coherent statement out. My heart was pounding so much, and my whole body was shaking. My hand was shaking too much, so I had to press it over my mouth.

Emma only chuckled. A deriding and mocking sound that I felt deep within me. Zane didn't dignify me with a reply. He only turned back to the pack.

“I had a child with Emma two years ago,” He told them, while I died bit by bit, “and of course, it couldn't be announced because of the laws that stated that I must be married to my wife for 3 years before getting a divorce. I made sure my son and the future Alpha of the pack was raised in my home though, with his mother as his wet nurse.”

This was it. The final break. This confirmed everything. Sam wasn't an abandoned pup. He was the bastard he had with his mistress, the same mistress he brought in as his wet nurse, the same mistress he was now getting married to.

The agony was too much. It was unbearable, and I couldn't stop the blood-curdling scream that wracked out from deep within me. It was so loud that I dropped to the floor. It was so loud it quietened everything. And the pain… it reached every single part of my body, of my soul.

I've never felt anything like that in my life. It was like the pain of shifting but not fully shifting, combined with the pain of a rejected mate bond. No, it was worse than those two combined. This pain was indescribable; it was killing me. My whole body was on fire and on pins. My wolf mirrored my pain, so there was no solace, nothing at all to alleviate my pain.

Then the whispers started:

“Is she running mad?”

“The pain of the divorce must be turning her rogue.”

“What was she expecting? A barren omega to remain married to an alpha? Such a clown.”

Their words were filled with so much disgust and scorn. No one cared for me. I had just been treated in one of the most horrible ways possible, and not a single one of these people, whom I had played a dutiful Luna for over the past four years, pitied me.

“You should walk away now, Camile,” Emma's voice came to me where I lay rumpled on the floor. She had never called me by my name before. I was her madam. Her boss and now, she was stealing my place.

“You shouldn't embarrass yourself any further. Just walk out and go to the Chambers for the demoted Lunas. Your miserable belongings are already there.”

I wanted to slap her. I tried to scream again, but I was suddenly too spent to do anything. Zane wasn't even looking at me. It felt like I wasn't worth his reaction or reply. This was the same man I had loved for four years. The man who I thought loved me for four years.

He signaled to two guards, and in less than a second, they were beside us.

“Drag her out,” he told them, tone set and final.

And I was dragged out, like filth, while my husband and his mistress stood side by side and hand in hand with the crowd cheering them on.

  • RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA   51: No More Mira Drama

CAMILLE Days blurred into a haze of endless fucking with Arlo and Kael, the both of them taking me over and over again till what was supposed to be a punishment dulled into pure addictive pleasure.I swear, I became a nympho, begging them desperately to take me anywhere and everywhere, without a moment of rest. Also, I never imagined I'd love being taken in the ass so much. Hell, I ended up begging for it, and they were thrilled to oblige. One of the nights, I was sandwiched between them, body slick with sweat and cum from the earlier fucking. Kael spooned me from behind, his thick cock pressing against the rim of my ass. “You want this?” he murmured, teasing the tip at my entrance. I nodded, desperately, pushing back against him. I didn’t even need to say anything. He pushed in slowly with a groan, stretching me wide, the burn turning to fire as he filled me to the hilt, a sharp gasp escaping my lips. Arlo was in front of me, simultaneously sliding his cock into my pussy in one s

  • RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA   50: A Full Party

CAMILLE I choked out a scream of both pleasure and pain.“Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!” He pushed in a little further, the burn intensifying until it blurred into a deep, throbbing ache that somehow fed straight into the pleasure Kael was stoking in my core. I gasped, my body trembling on the floating lounger, water sloshing around us as I tried to process the fullness invading me from behind. Gosh, it’s like he got bigger.Kael held still inside my pussy, his thick length pulsing against my walls, giving me a moment to adjust, or at least, that's what it felt like. But their eyes, dark and hungry, told me this mercy was only temporary.I fell back against Arlo's chest, my head lolling onto his shoulder as exhaustion and ecstasy warred within me. His arms wrapped around my waist, steadying me, one hand splaying possessively over my stomach while the other cupped my breast, thumb flicking my nipple. The position pinned me between them completely, Arlo's solid frame behind me, and Kael's hip

  • RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA   49: To Make You Apologize for Everything

FORTY-NINECAMILLE The private jet touched down smoothly on the runway in Greece.I stepped out with Arlo and Kael, heart pounding, and spotted the helicopter waiting to whisk us to their villa on the cliffs overlooking the Aegean Sea. Everything was stunning, and I couldn't hide my awe. But mixed with the awe were also feelings of anticipation, dread, and raw arousal. Dread because I knew they'd ruin me for as long as we were here, stretch me to my limits, and fuck me until I broke. Just the mere thought of being utterly ruined by them had my pussy shamelessly throbbing and fresh wetness soaking my panties. We boarded the chopper, and it lifted off, flying low over the sparkling sea. Minutes later, we landed on the flat roof of the villa, dropped us and left. The villa was beautiful, with an infinity pool and lush gardens cascading down toward the drop. It was breathtaking, luxurious in a way that screamed wealth."This place is incredible," I said, my voice barely above a whispe

  • RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA   48: A Trip To Greece

CAMILLE Kael's eyes narrowed in the lantern light, his mind already turning in wheels like gears in a well-oiled machine. Then, he leaned in closer on the bench, voice low and probing.“Walk us through it, Camille. From the start,” he said gently. “How did it all begin with him? Before Emma crashed into your life. Every detail, dates, feelings, the timeline. We need to map this out.”I hesitated, the medina's distant chatter fading as memories flooded back. “It was... fast. Love at first sight, or so I thought,” I scoffed at the irony. “We met at a pack gathering, nothing fancy, just locals mingling. He was there representing his alpha status, all charm and intensity,”Arlo scoffed and rolled his eyes. “Zane locked eyes with me from across the room and came to me,” I grimaced, reminiscing about the past like this. “Said I was the one, that no one else mattered. First guy to ever say he loved me outright. We dated intensely for five months before we got married. A month later, I got

  • RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA   47: All planned by Zane

CAMILLE I started to feel like myself again. Not all at once, nothing that neat, but in small, surprising ways. I laughed more easily. I slept without waking up, choking on memories. I found myself actually looking forward to the next day instead of dreading it.We explored the city together. Long walks through narrow streets, markets filled with color and noise, late dinners that stretched into quiet conversations. I felt lighter here, like Morocco had peeled some of the grief off my skin and let me breathe. What surprised me the most was what didn’t happen. They didn’t touch me.Not once did they push, hint, or test my boundaries, not even when I caught Arlo watching me with that familiar intensity, or when Kael’s hand brushed mine and lingered just a second too long. I’d lean into them, ready for whatever they wanted if only they asked. But they never ask. It left me off-balance, touched in a way I hadn't expected. After everything, the tears, the begging, they treated me like

  • RISE OF THE SCORNED LUNA   46: I Want Him To Suffer

CAMILLE My legs carried me out of the dining room before I could think, the scrape of the chair still ringing in my ears like a scream. The hallway blurred past, cool tiles under my feet turning to carpet as I burst into the suite. The door slammed behind me, and I collapsed against it, sliding down until my ass hit the floor. Uncontrollable sobs tore out of me, raw and unstoppable, my chest heaving as if the air itself was poisoned. Tea. That fucking tea. I couldn’t stop thinking about everything. About the gravity of what Zane did. And no matter how much I tried to run away from it, it would forever be ingrained in my mind.My babies. Oh my babies.I didn't hear the door open again, but suddenly Arlo and Kael were there, their voices low and urgent. "Camile? What happened?" Arlo's hand on my shoulder, warm and steady. Kael knelt beside me, his fingers brushing my hair back.“Hey, it’s okay. It’s gonna be okay,” he whispered. "Please," I gasped between hiccups, looking up at
