The boys busied themselves in the kitchen, preparing a banquet for five. I took the time to freshen up and changed into a full set of black bike leathers with a surprise underneath. They did a double-take as I stuffed the Union Jack helmet onto my head and gave a slow twirl.

"I love my kidnap-iversary present. It fits me perfectly," I told them, appreciating their humorous taste.

We hadn't even left the house yet, and the row of tents forming in my husbands' pants was enough to poke someone's eyes out. The salacious grins on their faces hinted I was in for a rough-and-ready ride, and I wasn't talking about the forty-minute drive to the mountains.
