Rebelliously Yours

The forest is in disarray.

Wildlife at home have now become stray.

Smoke and flames rise up from the burning hay.

And there's nobody to say if there would be another day.

Debris and piles of carcasses are scattered across the bare, bloodied ground, as men who are heavily armed trample upon them. Orders are being yelled out and these orders are being carried out immediately. It was Genocide.

These humans were carrying out genocide on species they deem to be unfit to live. They have just finished annihilating a whole pack of werewolves, the only known surviving supernaturals and on the brink of extinction.

Pedro Sanchez, the current leader of the genocidal group, "The cut" is standing in the midst of the whole chaos. He had conquered yet another foe. In his tight grip is the head of a dead alpha, bloodied and battered.

He raised up the head for all to see, songs of victory filling the air.

To Pedro, Victory belongs to the brute.

Pedro will always be the brute he needs to be...to continue honoring the Sanchez family.

More killings, destructions and moments later, explosion rocks the remains of the once vibrant packlands. The men had gotten to a safe distance already, making sure they also hid their scents in the process.

This operation was top secret, something the Sanchez family have had to hide from the government for generations. Not that the government poses much threat anyways, but he had to enjoy this ongoing streaks of victory without interruptions.

Back at the Sanchez Manor, a welcome dinner is being prepared for the men. The men had landed home that night and were attended to by numerous members of the staff.

Pedro, in particular was so proud of himself for this mission. He had successfully destroyed one of the strongest and biggest packs in the south, others will be a crumbling mess. A sinister smirk made its way to his scarred, ugly face.

He was walking down the hallway towards the his wing in the Manor. Paintings and decorations adorned every corner, screaming "Exquisite".

There were many doors down the hallway that served as rooms to Pedro's men. Pedro hummed in satisfaction to himself as he lazily attempted to climb a flight of stairs.

His legs tripped over a thin wire that had been lying in wait, snapping the wire . He let a low curse as he made a quick leap out of the line of danger. The chandelier made a sudden impact with floor on which he was initially standing, shattering in the process. He groaned as he heard footsteps approaching.

"It's so nice to see you too, daughter." He sarcastically said, without looking up at the person approaching.

Abigail sauntered up to her father with an almost identical smirk, offering him a metal hand. She had lost her right arm in a deadly mission at just fourteen years of age, she also lost her ability to speak..or perhaps she didn't see the need to communicate anymore. Her lost arm was replaced with an even powerful, bionic arm. One that was highly weaponized, courtesy of her father.

Pedro got up with a grunt. He was slowly loosing the ability to anticipate his daughter's moves. He had trained all his children in all forms of warfare there is to know, and he could tell that Abigail has developed a special passion and obsession for his self acclaimed profession. Somedays, she's so filled with bloodlust and somedays she's as calm ever...like two different people. A confusing one indeed. He wondered if it was some exaggerated form of bi-polarity.

He wouldn't have to deal with it anymore though. He would be giving her up for marriage very soon to make a new, powerful alliance. To him, Abigail was a powerful tool, a powerful weapon that he must use wisely.

" Anita and the others are upstairs yeah?" He said, patting Abigail's back fondly. She scowled at him, to which he raised his hands in mock surrender. Abigail nodded slowly, moving her head in the direction they were to go to.

She trailed slowly behind her father, subconsciously assessing the sorrounding for threats. Pedro noticed how tense she was as she flanked him. He particularly liked this side of her. Oh! If only she knew what plans he had in store for her. He chuckled lowly.
