Ryker walked out of the mall with Andrea and Anna afterwards. They got into his Bentley while Hayden drove the Lamborghini.

Anna sat in front of them and stared between the two couples who refused to look at each other. She relaxed and pinned her eyes on Ryker with a mischievous smile.

"Are you sure you were nearby? Because you look like you had rushed out of a very important meeting." She commented, and Ryker froze.

His eyes settled on Anna and the corners of his lips quirked up into an unnoticeable smile. However, before he could say a word in response, Andrea beat her to it.

"Anna!" Andrea called out, giving her a reprimanding look.

Anna glanced at her and pursed her lips in sadness; she was just curious. As little as she was, she found his words difficult to believe.
