Later on, I took a deep breath before knocking on Regina's bedroom door. I knew this conversation wouldn't be easy, but it needed to happen. After a few moments, Regina opened the door and let me in. She looked tired and her eyes were puffy from crying.

"What's up, Jason?" Regina asked, as she sat down on her bed.

"Regina, I'm worried about you. I think you need help," I said, taking a seat next to her.

"What do you mean?" Regina asked, looking at me confused.

"I mean, I think you have a mental health issue, and I think it would be best for you to take some time off from school to focus on getting better," I said gently.

Regina's face fell, and she looked like she was about to cry again. "Do you really think so?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Yes, I do," I said firmly. "I've noticed some changes in your behavior lately, and I think it's time for you to seek professional help."
