I took a deep breath and tried to calm myself down, but the anger was still boiling inside me. How could she do this to me? Regina had broken my trust once again.
I walked into our apartment and slammed the door shut behind me. Regina was sitting on the couch, scrolling through her phone, completely oblivious to my presence. I stood there, watching her for a moment, trying to contain my rage. She had come that evening, thinking it would be a soft ride for her but little did she know that I was still angry with her.
"Jason, is everything okay?" she asked, finally looking up from her phone.
"No, everything is not okay," I snapped. "How could you do this to me, Regina? I trusted you and you went behind my back."
Regina's expression changed from confusion to guilt as she realized what I was talking about. "I didn't mean to hurt you, Jason. I just didn't know how to tell you."

DEAN'S POVAs I laid in bed, various thoughts raced through my mind. I gazed at the ceiling with an indifferent look. My eyes continued to blink like they were controlled by some switch.It had been a really stressful day for me and every effort to relax had proved abortive. I felt a nagging headache.
