I walked into the school counselor's office feeling nervous and uneasy that fine morning. I had been having trouble with Angie and everyone knew she had been bullying me for weeks, if not months. I didn't trust her, and I knew that she was up to something, but I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was.
The counselor, Ms. Lee, greeted me with a warm smile and asked me to take a seat. I took a deep breath and began to tell her about my problems with Angie. I told her how Angie would make fun of me in front of my classmates, and how she would spread rumors about me behind my back. I also mentioned that I didn't trust Angie and that I felt like she was up to something.
Ms. Lee listened attentively, nodding her head as I spoke. When I finished, she gave me a reassuring smile and told me not to worry. She said that Angie was probably just going through a tough time and that I should try to be more understanding.
