The potion slid down my throat, burning all the way down. It forced Lina Davis's wolf and mine to awaken early.

We both let out a shrill scream at nearly the same moment.

The agony of having my soul torn away and my skeleton reconstructed made me curl onto the floor, cold sweat instantly drenching my clothes.
