Chapter One
~Daniella's POV
“Oh my gosh, fuck me baby, fuck me!” I moaned, my voice laced with pleasure as I moved perfectly on top him.
“Harder!” I screamed and he spanked my ass and thrusted deeper hitting my G-spot.
I totally forgot how to breathe and stared at him, my eyes struggling to remain in it's socket.
Damn it. He's damn good, my fiance is damn good. I really can't wait to own this huge dick all to myself once we're married.
He shoved me aside and held my chin, my face glowing with pure ecstasy as I smirked at him mischievously, pale with confusion and pleasure.
He leaned in closer, his breath heavy on my skin and our lips glued in perfect harmony and his eyes were fixed on mine. His hands reached for my nipple and squeezed it hard and I grinned softly, trying to break away but he held me close and kissed me harder.
He cupped my breasts, just the way I wanted and squeezed it hard, forcing the milk in it to find its way out.
At this point, all I could see was his charm, the type I couldn't seem to break free from. The warm and cozy feeling of his touch made my legs go weak as I moaned. His lips spread heat all over me and I twitched, dancing to the rhythm.
I really couldn't wait to tell him, to finally be called Mrs. Rutherford, to finally hold our beautiful baby in my arms
He set me up against the bed, bending my head on the pillow and raising my tired ass up. Slowly, he inserted his already hard cock into my wet pulsing pussy that was already begging for more. The moment it got in, I lost my breath and his cock filled my soul.
My body trembled as he thrust in deeper and I could feel my womb straying from its original position. I couldn't speak, all I could do was scream and cry as he fucked me harder, pulling me to his side with his tightened grip on my hair strands and thrusting deeper. Tears rolled down my cheeks and I still craved more, despite the overwhelming pleasure.
Our bodies moved perfectly, skin flapping against each other and the muffled moans from the both of us filled the room. He kept on thrusting deeper and deeper until I couldn't feel myself anymore. The weight of the pleasure had consumed me and I must say, I was barely alive.
With a soft cry, he grinned and allowed the warm milk fill my hole and little trickled down my laps
I dropped at once but he held me quickly and cuddled me to his side. My breathing was ragged and I remained in his arms, the one place I could find solace.
He stared at me warmly and in that moment of calmness, I knew this was the right time to break the news.
My face beamed with smiles and he raised an eyebrow.
“Guess what?” I chuckled, my voice barely above a whisper.
He just stared with an unreadable expression and didn't say a word.
I shook him softly, but he still didn't break. The joy in me consumed me and I couldn't hold it back anymore.
“I'm pregnant!” I screamed and held him tightly but he shoved me away immediately like I was suddenly disgusting as his face sagged and folded into an expression I didn't understand. His face twisted into something between anger and confusion.
I inched closer to him but he yanked my hands away, his eyes glowing with rage.
“Did I do something wrong?” I asked innocently, my face already pale and my heart racing hard.
His jaw tightened and so did his fist. I could see the wrath in his eyes and time paused. It felt like I dropped a bombshell on him…but it's okay. Yeah, he may be overwhelmed with the news but I think his reaction is too much?
“Say something?” I urged and a tear forced its way out of my eyes.
“Now you listen to me!” He scolded, his face grim and his voice lethal. “You've ruined it all!” He cried and pushed me away.
I screamed, sobbing heavily.
What did I ruin? What did I do to deserve this ill treatment?
“The sacrifice won't work anymore!” He snapped, kicking his legs into the air and quickly grabbed his pants.
He remained silent and it choked me and scared me more.
“Say something, darling?”
He quickly grabbed my neck before I could finish.
“Don't you dare call me darling! I'll have to kill you!” He spat and my heart skipped a beat.
He was kidding right?
But his grip on my neck only tightened and I was barely breathing.
He pressed me down with his heavy fists and tied my hands to the sides of the bed with a rope he brought out from beneath.
“I'm sorry Daniella, but this is the end…” he smirked and turned to the corner. His hands reached for the door and behind it was a liquid—petrol… By now, his eyes had turned a deep unnatural gold.
Oh bloody fuck!
“What are you doing, baby?” I screamed, shaking the bed hard but the rope binded me firmly to the spot.
He didn't look at my face anymore. His heart was coated with walls of evil and hate as he emptied the petrol on my skin.
“Please, I'm begging you, Ryan!” I squirmed. “If there's anything I've ever done to you, please forgive me…I'll abort the child, I'll do anything. Just let me go!” I begged but my plea fell on deaf ears.
He slid his hands into his pocket and brought out a lighter. The murderous look in his eyes forced more tears and pleas from me. He just wasn't listening.
Slowly, I watched as his fingers reached for the knob and flipped it, igniting the spark and the flames consumed me at once.
I never imagined I'd die this way? Life, what had I done to deserve this?
“Why? Why Ryan? Why?!” I screamed with the burning pain from the flames eating my skin but his expression was grim and brutally cruel.
“I never loved you Daniella!” He spat right into my face. “I only needed your blood to streng
then my wolf powers—” he spat mercilessly and all the blood drained from my face.
Chapter Twenty-Seven The bathwater was warm, almost scalding, but I didn’t care. I sank into the tub, letting the tension of the day dissolve into the steam that curled around me. My muscles ached from training, from the energy I had pushed through, but the fatigue was strangely comforting.I closed my eyes, letting the water press against my skin, letting my mind wander. My glowing marks from earlier training still pulsed faintly under my skin, a reminder of the lunar energy rising within me.And then… it happened.A surge, sharp and unexpected, ran through my body. My breath caught as the water rippled violently around me, responding to the energy coursing through my veins. My hand moved to my stomach instinctively, feeling a strange warmth, a resonance that wasn’t just physical.A small, glowing mark appeared along my forearm, swirling like liquid silver. It was delicate at first, then brighter, pulsing with a rhythm that matched my heartbeat. I gasped, excitement flooding through
Chapter Twenty-SixThe chamber I had claimed as my secret training ground was cold, damp, and abandoned—perfect. No one came here anymore. The air smelled faintly of earth and old stone, mixed with the lingering scent of burned torches. It was secluded enough that I could practice without fear of prying eyes… or unwanted interruptions.I stripped my hands bare, rolling my shoulders, feeling the tight muscles of my arms stretch. The memory of Lyra’s body—the strength it carried, the agility, the raw wolf instincts—lingered beneath my skin. Even though I couldn’t shift fully yet, even though my wolf remained partially dormant, I could feel it, like an ember refusing to die.“Focus,” I whispered to myself, voice low and steady. “Feel it… let it guide you.”I closed my eyes, drawing in a deep breath, letting my senses extend beyond the walls. The faintest flicker of moonlight through the cracks above brushed against my face. And then it happened—the first spark.A faint glow rose from my
Chapter Twenty-FiveThe corridors were dim, the torches flickering as if uncertain whether to burn or extinguish. Every shadow stretched long and strange across the stone walls, and my heart thudded unevenly. The events with Karen, Serena, and Damon still clung to my skin like a layer of heat, and my mind refused to quiet.I had barely made it back to my chamber when a gentle knock echoed against the door.“Lyra,” a soft, melodic voice called. “May I come in?”I hesitated, hand instinctively going to my stomach. The voice was unfamiliar, yet comforting in a way I didn’t fully understand. “Who is it?” I asked cautiously.“It’s Elder Mira,” the voice replied. “I was told you are awake and well enough to see visitors. May I?”I swallowed hard. Mira. The name carried weight, though I couldn’t place it. Something in my instincts screamed I should not refuse her. I stepped aside, gesturing for her to enter. She glided into the chamber, her presence immediately filling the room. Mira was old
Chapter Twenty-Four The hallway was silent as I made my way toward Karen’s chambers. Every step felt heavier than the last, every shadow a reminder of the danger that clung to this place. My stomach twisted in anxiety, my hand brushing unconsciously over the small swell that betrayed the life inside me.I had been summoned. Karen had demanded to see me. And I knew, deep in my bones, that whatever awaited me would not be pleasant.I paused outside the heavy wooden doors, straightening my shoulders. “Steady,” I whispered to myself. “You can do this.”The doors opened before I could knock. Karen sat behind her ornate desk, expression unreadable. Across from her, standing with that infuriatingly smug look, was Serena.“Lyra,” Karen said smoothly, voice calm but with an edge. “Come in. Sit.”I stepped inside cautiously, trying to mask the tension that churned inside me. Serena’s eyes locked onto mine, sharp, predatory. She smiled—a thin, cruel line that made my blood boil.“Hello, darling
Chapter Twenty-Three ~Ronan POVI woke to darkness, my body aching from the beating. Every muscle protested, but it wasn’t the pain that gnawed at me—it was the presence I could feel before I even opened my eyes. Her scent.Warm, sharp, intoxicating. Familiar in a way that should have been impossible. My wolf stirred violently, growling in confusion and delight. Mine. That was the only thought pounding in my mind. She is mine.I didn’t know her, at least not fully, but the bond—it screamed at me. Her heartbeat, her scent, her very life resonated through me like a thunderclap. I could feel her confusion, the hesitation, the strength buried under fear.I tried to move, groaning softly, and the sound carried. A soft shuffle of footsteps drew my attention.“Ronan?”The voice was quiet, cautious, tinged with something I couldn’t name. My head snapped toward it.Daniella.She froze mid-step when she saw me, eyes widening, and then narrowed, suspicious. “Don’t… don’t move,” she whispered, v
Chapter Twenty-Two – Blood Debt and ShadowsThe chamber was quiet, almost peaceful, until a soft knock echoed against the door.“Ma’am… something’s happening outside,” whispered the trusted maid, her voice trembling as she stepped in. Her eyes were wide, filled with worry. “A commotion… the Alpha… he’s about to execute someone.”My chest tightened instantly, a sharp stab of fear and instinct. “Who?” I demanded, rising so quickly that my stomach churned with unease and the growing life inside me pressed insistently against my spine.“Ronan… the rogue leader,” she whispered, lowering her voice, eyes darting nervously toward the corridor. “They dragged him into the courtyard… the pack is watching… it doesn’t look good.”My heart lurched. Ronan. That name carried danger, but something else—a strange pull, unexplainable and immediate. I swallowed hard, pressing a trembling hand against my chest. A sudden warmth surged from my core as an unfamiliar sensation gripped me.Wolf… instinct, stro
