RED INK
EPISODE 2 (Untamed)She was crying; the type of tears that he couldn't help but feel regret for pulling her like that. Why was she so stubborn? All he needed was for her to show him a little spark of burning desire, but she always portrayed the opposite. Hate. Anger. Hurt...yes hurt and that stung him to the abyss. He looked away and sat down on his seat. "Sit down Sai" Sai looked at him, both hands laying weakly on the floor where she sat, the tears still flowing down her face. "I hate you Dillion! I hate you!!" She stood up and rushed at him, landing a slap on his face. And another. Then another. When she saw he wasn't retaliating, she wailed and started hitting him on his chest. "I hate you...I hate you ..." Clara heard the screaming from the room and prayed within her heart. "Oh God! When will all these stop? When?" She looked at the door and summoned all her courage not to go in and interfere. "God please, let young master take it easy on her. Please please please" She cried silently and begged to the heavens for mercy. "I hate you..." Sai had said continuously, but now in a weak voice. She wanted him to react, to hit her back or something...but always, he was this composed when it came to her beating. He only reacted to her words, not her beatings. Her words always stung harder than her actions to him. And that was why she used the word 'hate' on him. So he would feel the pain and she would satisfy herself by beating him. She felt nauseated in her stomach and she pulled back, slowly, trying to find her seat with her hand. Everything looked blurry . That feeling of the world spinning met her in her eyes and her stomach and before she knew it, she dropped to the floor...Dillion's side of view. He watched her run towards him in a force that was foreign and before he knew it, she landed a slap to his face. He didn't recover when another one landed, then another...all these didn't matter to him. It was the word 'hate' that she mentioned that mattered. It stabbed him at heart, so much pain that he didn't even notice the pain of her hitting his chest. Instead, he looked into her teary eyes for evidence--evidence of a different emotion entirely that suggested she didn't mean what she was saying; but he saw none. Then suddenly, she was retreating. Why was she retreating? Her hands were fidgeting at her back, looking for support. Her other hand was halfway to her face as she grimaced and briskly enough, she was landing on the floor. Her knees first, then her chest and her head hitting the solid ground. Dillion heard a tump! On the ground, his eyes zeroed in at her. "Clara!!" He roared as he went to where she laid and checked her face, he touched her palm...they were getting cold. "Clara!!!" The door swung open swiftly "Sir. Sir--" Her eyes widened when she saw Sai on the floor. She gasped. "S-sai?" Oh young master has killed Sai. She lamented in fear but in her head. "Call the doctor and ask him to come here immediately! Now!" "Y-yes sir" And she anxiously ran out of the room He picked her up from the floor, carrying her and placing her on the bed. He rolled her Duvet to cover her up to her chest and left it there. After staring at her face for a while, he closed his eyes and listened to the droplets of rain outside her window. They were so tranquil, so calm regardless of their drum plays, but he was not. Opening his eyes, he sat beside her on the bed and feared because her face was so cold to his palm. If she died, then all of it would be for nothing. It will hold no meaning. You have to fight now Sai...not now. We are almost getting there. Just some few weeks and we will be there. I promise. ~~~ "What's the progress?""The cargo has been conveyed to Southern borders, sir. Tomorrow, the rest of it will follow. The Bull's Elite are holding a conference meeting at the Margan site. They request your presence this time, Lord" The eyes if Dillion shifted to his subordinate that was cladded in all black. Black shoes, black suit, black belt, black tie and black shirt underneath the suit and his eyes being expressionless, he turned his attention back to the fanciful dagger in his hand and played with the edges. "Keep the Lord subject for now. I don't want the black Cobras finding out my identity." The young man in his late 20's bowed slightly. "I understand sir" "I won't be coming to the Margan site, not today and not in two weeks. I need to get Diggy under my feet. Until I am done accomplishing what needs to be done, I won't step feet in that convoy. Convey that message to the Bull's Elite." He stood up from his chair in the Library, stretching to his full height which would be termed belittling as he was six feet four inches. He walked around his table to where his subordinate stood, a slight contrast as the latter was six feet two. Both men dark. "Call Griggs. I want him to do something for me." The subordinate bowed slightly again."Okay sir" "Any matters to be discussed from today on should be done with me by phone. I want to make sure I catch that Code 105. Keep it long and clean." "Yes sir"They both walked out together, Dillion in front and the subordinate behind following at six feet. Five hours ago, the doctor had come, immediately calling for an assistant nurse to come to his aid with some needed materials. He had ran a quick test on Sai...she had shut her brain. Shut it completely to the outside world. That was why she was cold, almost dead. But the most amazing thing was that, she was carrying a zygote in her abdomen. Yes, she was pregnant. She was three weeks pregnant! When the doctor told Dillion the news, he was struck dumb on the spot. He only saw the mouth of the Doctor moving slowly and joyously as he announced the pregnancy. "Congratulations! Sshhhhhhe iiiiiissss preeeeeeeeeegnaaaaant Mr Shaft!" The nurse behind the Doctor was also smiling. He would have registered the other messages the doctor had passed to him but he was lost in his own thoughts."Pregnant? Sai is pregnant? H-How? How? How?" He thought in his head as he tried recalling when, which time, which hour, and to think just three weeks and some days ago, his mind went blurry. Ding! His eyes widened. "What the fuck?!" The words he uttered made the doctor and nurse pause in what they were doing. "Are you okay Mr Shaft?" The doctor asked. Dillion looked and him and nodded, giving him his aloof expression. "Continue please." Then he walked out of the room and went to the bar just a floor up. He poured himself a glass of whisky, drank it down in a gulp and then sat down on the stool close by. "Sai is pregnant? My child?" He smirked for some seconds and chuckled. "My child? I'm gonna be a father!" The thought of it hyped him and before he knew it, he was laughing loudly to himself, the young master, all alone in the bar, laughing hysterically. If Clara were in the room, she would have concluded he had ran mad...no cure for it! But he wasn't. This was the peak of his happiness. He hadn't experience such Joy in years. This was the height of it! His child was in the womb of the woman he loved. What could be more joyful than that?! To him...none! Nothing at all! He poured himself another glass of whiskey, but this time, he drank it sip by sip as he reminisced to that evening when he saw Sai and his heart stopped beating...RED INK EP 35: A NEED TO ATTACH ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Why did you do that?" William asked as he took over the driver's seat, while Alexis slid into the passenger's seat. They both closed their doors and fastened their seatbelts. Alexis looked to the road ahead and then to William. "Do what?" William scoffed. "Really? Since when has asking people what they think personally been part of our investigatiions?" "Since when was it ruled out that it couldn't be part of our investigations?" William was lost for words. "B-but.." "Just drive. Alright?" "As your partner, you have to carry me along. I was at a loss in the middle of the whole questions fiasco I thought we were beginning to play house." Alexis smiled. Without saying anything more, William put on the ignition and started the engine of their black Camry car, placed his gear on drive and accelerated. Like he thought, it seemed they were not demoted down to Crookville afterall. When they began to drive at an averge speed after pas

He was standing half way into the quarter, half of his body showing from between the door like a child peeking into a room. He knew just where exactly to find her.She looked at him from the corner of her eyes as she puffed smoke into the air. This was her second cigarette and some how, it had cooled her nerves down. "Yes? I thought I said for no one to disturb my private time?"Greg didn't know if she was having dementia, but she surely said nothing of such. She did say that she wanted the lawyer and Adam in her office though. That was far from being alone. "There is someone here to see you." He said."Can't the person wait?""Um...I don't think he can."She turned full view to face him. "And who is this VIP person that can not wait?""Mr Spencer's uncle, Mr Dumber." He said. Linda's eyes contracted when she heard the name. The elderly man she stood up the other day? What
RED INKEP 33: A bunch of Spontaneous Representations•• When she arrived for the meeting as planned, everywhere was silent as a chapel where congregation prayed in silent, no noise, no instruments, no movement. But that atmosphere was good for early morning preparations, it kept someone's thought processes sane. She was taking all her effort to discipline herself not to go smoke before the meeting began; she was having a little bit of withdrawal itch, using all she could muster because she didn't want to start the day by smoking cigarettes. She opened her laptop and busied herself by going through the presentation one more time before the actual meeting would commence. Sitting by her left hand side was Diana who had a bored expression on her face, always turning her hand and checking her wrist watch for time. Diana sighed. "Why did we have to be here so early?" She asked. Without riveting her eyes from her laptop's screen, Linda asked, "Why are you complaining? You were the

No one. Not even to people outside of the hospital work force. Are we in accord?" Aurora nodded. "Noted." "Once you get down, you go straight to my office and wait for me there." "Are you not coming down?" He shook his head. "Not yet. I forgot I had somethin
RED INKEP 31: Where two roads shall meet•• When Aurora turned to look at the exiting back of Dillion, she was surprised to find that Griggs was also there. She looked at them both from head to their feet, assessing their clothings and shoes. When Dillion passed by her, he smelt of coconut oil and lavender. Why does that fragrance seem familiar? She was very sure she had perceived it somewhere before. Or was it not the same night he had come up to hand her Lorin's purse that she captured that fragrance? Why was he acting oblivious of the fact that they had met before? All these questions kept playing in her head. They were at the door when Hither asked Dillion, "Will you be taking the chopper?"Dillion stopped without looking back and replied, "As always." "Won't you make an appearance?" Hither asked again. Dillion smiled and said, "No." And with that, he walked out of the office to an opposite direction that Aurora could swear an entrance didn't exist in. Their shoes making tip
