Chapter 43

Axel's Pov

Jasper climbed up on the bed and sat between Leah and me, "You guys slept together last night and you didn't even bother calling me," Jasper pouted, his face turning cute. "Don't you guys want me anymore?" he asked sadly.

I looked at Leah, "Ahh, we told you we don't want you anymore, come on, let's go back to bed, let's go," I said as I placed my legs on Jasper and lay down on the bed.

Leah facepalmed and stood up from the bed, "Two babies," she muttered as she walked into the bathroom.

"Axel," Jasper called out. I opened my eyes and looked at him. He pursed his lips and looked at me with a serious expression, "What's going on between you and mommy?" he asked me.

I felt my throat tighten, unsure of what to say. How the hell do I reply to him? Should I say, "Oh Jasper, your mom and I are already dating"? That would sound ridiculous for a young child.

I struggled for the right word to say, but it keeps on failing me. "Are you dating Mommy now?" he asked me.
