Chapter Fifteen

Escape:

She didn't know where she was. She was unconscious when they brought her in. She was trying her best to navigate the house. She raced down the hall, trying to be quiet, her feet making small little pitter patters across the wood floor as she ran. She needed to find a door or window, something, anything into the outside. She pushed up against the wall as she got to a corner of the hall. She didn't want to accidentally run into someone. She peeked out into the hall and saw it was empty. She couldn't make up her mind if she needed to go left or right. She then heard quick footsteps coming from the right. She bolted left and rounded the corner quickly. She figured the man she left in the room may have called for help. It was only a matter of time till someone came. She rushed down the second hall she had turned into. She didn't know why but she could tell it was night time. It may have been because of the lack of people but something just made her certain it was night.
