Chapter 10

"Open your fucking eyes" Shouted Dennis.

Shana was dying, and they were out of time. They needed to get her to the hospital as soon as possible. But she was unconscious and bleeding profusely. Dennis stripped off his shirt and wrapped it around her wound. His in-laws wrapped his jacket around his naked daughter. Dennis then lifted her body with all his strength. Dennis wrapped his arm around his neck. He walked over to the car and pushed her into the passenger seat.

Speeding to the hospital and getting tickets was the furthest thing from his mind right now. He picked her up again when they arrived.

"Please help! My wife is d-dying!" Dennis was crying at this point.

Dennis watched as they put her body on the bed and hurriedly got her to one of the rooms there. After a few hours of waiting,

"Sir, I'm happy to tell you that your wife survived."

It felt like hundreds of pounds were lifted off his shoulders.

"c-can I see him?"
