Mabel's POV

I kept my gaze towards the ground as I calculate my escape.

Every second in this hell hole of a pack messes with my mind, I'm nothing but a slave but I must get out, I owe Mom that.

“Go wash the toilets, scum.” Doris the head maid threw a bucket and mop at me, making me hit the cold cemented floor.

“Yes Ma'am.”

“You're utterly useless, I wonder why the Alpha even bought you.”

I picked myself up and headed towards the toilets. These savages were the filthiest pack I've come accross.

“Hey, wait up.” A familiar male voice called out to me as I approached the pack toilets.

It's Victor the only person in this pack to treat me as a person.

“You're so hard to catch up with.” He said with a smile filled with pity that I hate, as he saw what were in my hands.
