Writer's POV

He begins to pace up and down in his chambers listening attentively to his surroundings. His favorite servant, who is his friend, knocked and told her to come in. She brought his breakfast. She noticed that he was not calm so she dropped his food on the table and went back to him.

She observed him and laughed to draw his attention back to the present life because he seems to be lost in thought. He looked at her angrily and wondered why she was laughing. He thought to himself that if she wasn't his friend he would have slapped her.

"What was that all about? Do I look like a fool to you or does everything look like a joke to you? How dare you laugh at me?" He asked in anger.

She quickly knelt down and bowed as she began to shake because of his harsh words. "I am sorry master. I dare not try such a thing again in my life. It was a mistake my Lord." She pleaded and continued to shake out of fear of what he could do to her.
