Kylan's eyes were wide open, threatening to pop out of his skull any minute now. He opened his mouth like a fish pulled out of the water, but no coherent words came out. The young man stood still, processing what he was seeing, but his brain was rejecting acceptance of the fact that his father stood before him.

Was he dreaming? The last days took a toll on him, and maybe his mind played tricks on him. If that was true, Kylan was experiencing the worst nightmare of his life.

Did his father escape from the underground and come back to haunt him for his sins?

I just don't know how to make it better unless you change how Kalan feels about his sister in the beginning and let his jealously kick in when they are in school, then take it from there to where it is now. I hope this helps. Shirea

Tiny Fairy, the first of this book is really, really hard to read and follow. I almost didn't read the rest of it myself. I read your third book, and I loved it. It was great, that is why I am reading this one now. I kept thinking it had to read get better, and it finally has.
