Six

LIAM’S POV

Alpha Liam was furious.

He was fucking angry.

They had been going to visit the night moon pack and his son had been scared off by Hod knew what and run off.

“Any sight of him yet?” Alpha Liam demanded.

“No your majesty.” Someone replied.

Alpha Liam put his hands on his waist.

He was genuinely getting more and more frustrated with his son, Jeff.

Jeff’s mother Lynette had died during child birth.

She was his first, only and last love.

She was the only person who had wielded the power to tame him.

No one else had.

She was filled with fire and there was no woman like her. She had been his fated mate and they were a match made in Heaven.

But then she had died and raising Jeff had proved to be very difficult.

It had been hard because he had Leone sup to love for the first time in his life and death had taken her from him.

It was like the goddess herself had decided to give him a taste of honey and feed him with Aloe Vera after.

He had withdrawn and gone back to being the heartless Alpha he was.

He had no fucking idea how to raise a child so he pushed Jeff away to his nanny.

But Jeff always seemed to never stop getting out of trouble.

The child was becoming a monster and almost every week they were changing nannies.

He was such a truant that it drove Alpha Liam insane.

“How the hell had this even happened?” He barked at the nanny who was shaking in a corner.

“Your majesty.” She pleaded. “I was with him and he saw a bunny rabbit and he ran off.”

“A fucking bunny! He ran off because of a bunny rabbit!” Liam said in disbelief. “You’re fired. And just know that if anything happens to my son, then I would dispose of you as I disposed of the last nanny.”

The nanny swallowed and wondered why in the name of God she had taken the job.

The child was just a monster as his father was!

Jeff’s previous nanny had left Jeff to swim in a pool and he almost drowned.

Liam had made her an example by placing her head on a stake in the pack.

Then he snapped his fingers at some of his men.

“I’ll follow north. The rest of you follow east east and west. He can’t have gone so far.” Liam said.

Then he went down into the forest.

Wondering what punishment he was going to give his son this time.

He smelled an entirely different scent.

“Your majesty an enemy pack.” A beta told him.

“This is the night moon pack Territory what’s an enemy pack doing in this territory?” Aloha Liam said.

“It’s one of the reason why we’re here. The enemy situation is getting out of hand.” He replied. “They are trespassing and getting more dangerous.”

Liam cracked the bones in the neck.

He knew that he was going to get into a fight.

He turned into his wolf and howled aloud.

And then he saw a number of wolves hanging around in the trees, growling at him.

Then he and the rest of his pack mounted them.

The pack was no match for him or his pack.

He tore them into pieces instantly and the few that survived ran off.

When he was done, he turned to his human self.

“Jeff was here.” He said smelling his own sent and knowing I mediate my that it was his son.

Then his sense alerted and he turned sharply to a tree.

“You had better come out before I kill you.” He said aloud.

Then he used his speed and pushed the person to the tree

To his utmost shock, it was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.

Ashley’s POV

I had never turned into my wolf before and the first time I became her, it was what I had always dreamt it would be like.

Some wolves came up behind us.

“Hold on to me tight.” I told the little boy.

Then we both raced on and I climbed trees to dodge the wolves.

Then there was a large howl and the wolves left us and went after it.

I turned into a human and the boy and I hid.

“Are you okay? Are you hurt?” I asked the little boy.

“Yes, thanks to you.” He said and he hugged me.

This was the first time In my entire life since my parents had died I was receiving such warm and kind treatment from anyone.

I smiled and embraced him back.

“You’re welcome.” I said. “Now tell me your name.”

“My name is Jeff.” He said.

“Okay Jeff.” I smiled. “I’m Ashley. What are you doing here? Where is your pack?”

Before he could reply I heard someone coming and then I closed his mouth and we hid behind a tree.

“You had better come out before I kill you.” A deep dark voice ordered.

From nowhere I was pushed against the tree.

Before me was the most domineering and powerful man I had ever seen.

He had large tattoos. Only great Alphas could bear such tattoos.

His eyes were a bright blue, and he had dark hair. His body was perfectly chiseled and he was almost six foot five.

That was if he wasn’t.

He was so handsome and yet I knew that I should beware of him.

“Who the hell are you?” He asked me.

Then Jeff came from nowhere.

“Dad she’s with me.” Jeff said.

Dad? What was going on here?

“Where the fuck did you go to?” The huge man demanded from Jeff. “How can you just run off on your own? Do you know what could have happened to you?”

“But I’m safe. Ashley saved me.” Jeff said.

The large man looked at me and frowned.

Then after a while, he let me go.

“Who are you?”
