Jane's POV

My heart hammered against my chest in fear when Felix looked at me with terror, his eyes blazing with anger.

" No, it's a promise," he whispered and I trembled as he imposed fear in me before leaving the garden with rage.

I was shocked at how I was shivering in fear, almost bowing to his order when he ordered me never to call him a bastard or bully Scarlett again.

" Who is he? Why does he have so much effect on me? Why was he able to impose fear on me" I asked myself in disbelief because it's only a powerful Alpha or a Wolf King that can have such power on me since I'm also an alpha breed.

I shrugged the weird feelings off " I will make you and Scarlett pay for what you just did to him now," I muttered through gritted teeth as I looked in the direction that he had just gone.

Was it because I rejected him, he was now taking sides with Scarlett? that bitch!!
