Chapter 3

" You didn't make it to the full moon appearance last night" Damian looked outside his office window backing me from seeing his face.

" Something came up last night" I responded with my head down toying with my both finger

" I also didn't make it last night as we both planned" Damian withdrew his look outside and looked at me nervous

" Okay," I said bowing my head and toying with my finger 

" I got a report about you " Damian banged on his desk and sat in his comfort zone like a king 

" By who?" I asked raising my head while cleaning my wet palms on my blue jeans trousers

" Victor," he said calmly opening some file documents on his desk

" Am sorry about that sir" I pleaded with my two palms in each other

" Just go back to what you were doing before I called you earlier" Damian brought out his laptop looking deep into it and started to smile like one who was watching a comedy skit made by crazy Nigerians.

" Okay sir " I responded leaving his office with a nice smile.

" Am Damian and not sir" Damian said Pausing with a smile" have told you that before" Damian said as I exited his office and walked towards Peter's own space in the store.

" What were you doing at my apartment last night?" I asked standing beside Peter's own space.

" I only came in search of Lovie that's all" Peter said arranging some goods 

" Please can you suspend visiting Lovie for now" I pleaded with a cute smile revealing my deep and amazing dimple.

" Why?" Peter suspended his work at the store.

" Am having some issues at home though" I said with a chuckle as a customer came into the discussion.

" Sorry to interrupt but am in search of the popular mango soda" a customer said with a cute smile.

" You look familiar" Peter said pointing at the customer's face.

" I don't know you dear " the customer responded rudely.

" You look just like a friend of mine" Peter said placing his hands on the customer's shoulder.

" I promise to report you to your boss you mother fucker" The customer removed Peter's hand from his shoulder leaving the store with an angry expression.

" You are doomed baby boy " I responded walking away to my own space as my cell phone rang out.

" Steve is at work now," I said rotating on my comfort chair.

" I know, can I get the location now" Steve required on a low-tune.

" I will send it now " I responded typing my home address to Steve in just 20 minutes Steve walked into my store like a big woman and man.

" What this?" I asked in surprise as Steve and Lovie walked into the store

" What is what?" Lovie responded

" You guys are so funny," Steve said with a loud laughter

" What funny" myself and Lovie yelled out loud at Steve's

" Spare me ladies" Steve responded leaving myself and Lovie alone

" Why coming here today " I asked Lovie with a weird look

" Just came to inform you that all the werewolf packs are hosting a meeting tonight at Central Park" Lovie quickly got interrupted

" You are werewolves" Peter exclaimed from behind Lovie's back 

" Have you been at my back the whole time..." Lovie exclaimed looking calm 

" I heard everything you bought said," Peter said with a smile

" But I never knew there was a meeting at the central park tonight" Peter added relaxing his elbow on Lovie's shoulder

" What are you trying to say?" I asked with a flabbergasted look written on my body

" Am also a werewolf and I belong to the alpha pack" Peter says with a smile

" I said it" Steve said hugging Peter behind his back in a romantic way

" Bro, what's up" Peter freed himself as he turned and gave him a better hug well

" You bought to know each other also " Lovie and I screamed out attracting the attention of the customer at the store

" We are all meeting tonight at the central park," Steve said with a smile as he released himself from the hug

" Yes" Peter responded with a handshake with Steve

" Damian is coming" I quickly said pretending to be attending to my sibling as customers

" Hello Steve, what are you doing here?" Damian said with a huge smile on his face

" You also work here," Steve asked Damian quickly

" No, am the owner of the store they both work for me," Damian said releasing his body from that of Steve

" Are you for real?" Steve asked with a flabbergasted look and character

" Yes, I am " Damian quickly got interrupted before he could complete his word

" Am getting confused here guys" Lovie interrupted rudely being in a confused State

" Whose she?" Damian rudely asked pointing to ward Lovie

" My little sister" Steve responded dragging on Lovie's hands 

" Okay" Damian said with a cool smile on his face revealing a little bit of his teeth

" We are all from the alpha pack though" Damian said and paused in a low key" Please close more early today" Damian instructed leaving the store

"Let's close now," I said standing up from my chair and moving towards a microphone

" Please all customers should please exit the store in ten minutes" I quickly went back to my sit to attend to the rushing customers with their goods

In just a few minutes, I resigned home from work to my family with a lot of stressful day

" You returned early today than other days" Lovie asked coming out of the bathroom with a towel around her chest and reaching to her knees

" Weren't you there when Damian demanded we close early today?" I asked lying flat on the bed as the ceiling fan rolled around

" I didn't hear that when I was at your store earlier today" Lovie responded coming with her wet hair

" What about Steve?" Lovie asked sitting upright and looking at Lovie as she loosed down her towel revealing her inner body

" He went to the meeting" Lovie replied picking up a gown to put on

" Okay" I said clearing my throat" But it to early for that" I said standing up to put away my dress and picking up a white stain-free towel to the bathroom

********{ Central Park}

Myself and Lovie stepped into the central park to see a lot of people who were likely to be werewolves

" Never saw this person before?" Lovie whispered into my ears as one tapped my shoulder making me scared

" You came late " The voice immediately sounded like that of my brother

" You made me scared," I said touching my chest as it sounded out loud like a huge drum playing in my chest

" Why?" Steve asked with a gentle and calm voice

" Thought it was someone else" I said with a calm and fragile facial look adding a little smile 

" Transformation for the full moon is about to commence in a few minutes" a loud voice said to the crowd standing on a tall Hill in the middle of the whole pack

" Can't wait for that it has been ages since we transformed into our normal selves" Lovie said to both of me and Steve leaving us alone in just a few minutes Steve Left with his friends leaving me alone

Just then someone tapped on my shoulder
