Trevor-Planning for War
I didn’t have long to reflect today. Everyone is due back and my unit, and I will meet up in less than an hour to go over our plan. We have to present a full plan for the assembly tomorrow. The Gamma gave us today to put the final touches on our plan, so we can do a full presentation tomorrow. We are going to be presenting it in a war room type of setting. The way we would if we were planning a war or defense at our packs.
It’s time to meet with my unit, so I get up from my quiet spot in my room and head out to the common area to meet with everyone. As we all trickle in, I can tell that the visit home was good for everyone. We all look well-rested and ready to remain on top of the leaderboard.This week, Beta Casion will lead the unit. Rejected Protector Trevor - War Room
Bright and early the next morning, my unit met in the common area to travel to the meeting spot together. All units will sit together around the table. All the equipment we will need will be set up and waiting for us. We enter what appears to be a large war room. There are large screens and other types of projection equipment. I see large maps similar to what we have for our presentation. We walk up to this large table. It’s a big rectangle with a glass covering. I can tell that the middle of the table is a screen, so we will be able to see what is projected in the middle of the table and the wall of screens. We find our area and sit down as all the other units come in and do the same. At the head of the table are the Alpha King, The Royal Beta and Gamma, and a couple more ranked wolves from the Royal pack. I think they are part of the king’s council. Rejected Protector Seleste at Mystic Coven
I’m excited to be going to Mystic Coven tomorrow. Councilman Bari will be here in the morning to take us to Mystic Coven and do all the introductions. He will leave us there. We will all be there until the holiday. I plan to spend Thanksgiving with my parents. Gamma Francis will join me at my pack so that she can meet all the family. She and I will also make a secret trip to the Royal Pack to meet with our cousin and get a DNA test done to determine what branch of the family she came from. My dad thinks her grandfather is his grandfather’s uncle. The family lost contact with him after he mated and left the pack. We will soon know. Lacey is doing well with my team. She has been training all the warriors and other elemental wolves about how to do deep meditation. It has made a tremendous difference with the pack. Rejected Protector Seleste- Training at Mystic Coven
After a nice power nap, I get up and meet everyone downstairs. Since we are in the mountains in the winter, we are all wearing joggers for training. Prince Julian let us know that they have an indoor training facility, but we should still dress warmly in case we move part of the training outside. The warriors have expressed the desire to practice in the lower temperature and elevation of the mountain so that they can be prepared if the need arises for them to fight in this type of environment. I completely agree with that.Prince Julian and I agreed that while the rest of my team is warming up with a little physical training outside, I will spend that time in meditation and then complete my warmup exercises. Rejected Protector Thanksgiving
Francis and I are finally on the way to visit our family. Francis was packed and ready to go when we returned from Mystic Coven. Councilman Bari was adamant about taking us back to my pack. There has been some chattery about my movements being monitored. My identity has not been completely discovered yet, but there has been some interest in a she-wolf traveling to different areas to train. Somehow word got out about me training with the vampires. This makes me wonder if there is a spy in our ranks or in ranks just below us. Councilman Bari is sure that the leak is not with the council. The word is that the revels want to capture me and find out why I’m traveling to so many different places. I almost want to allow myself to be captured so we can get to the bottom of who is after me and fish out our spy. No one agrees with me being bait right now. Rejected Protector And So It Begins
After dinner, the alpha called a meeting in his office for the named ranked members, the royal gamma, Trevor, and me. The alpha updated Trevor and my cousin on the prisoner the warriors took into custody yesterday. He has been sitting in the dungeons. Alpha Connor wanted to wait until after the holiday dinner to talk to the prisoner. Trevor updated everyone on the efforts to unite the kingdom and the restructuring of the regions. Many of the young alphas and betas are using this time away from the academy to build new alliances for the kingdom and inform the alphas of the upcoming war and hostile takeover attempt that has been secretly happening. Trevor also told us about uniting with the other species. Gamma Maurice told our pack how Trevor’s team was the ones who came up with the comprehensive plan to secure the kingdom, unite the species and form regions surrounding the stronger packs and keep the smaller packs protected. The rest of the week at my pack is uneventful. I rested and spent a lot of time with my friends. Trevor and I truly made peace and are friends again. Granted, we will never be the same as before, but we have both matured and are walking in our new roles. Trevor will meet me at the bear’s den. He will go back to the Royal pack today with my cousin and then travel to the den next week. Alpha Clark and Lacey will also meet me there. Rose will be traveling with me so she can be trained on the new technology we will be getting from the bears. Rejected Protector Seleste at the Bear's Den
As we boarded the plane, I call a meeting with my warriors to let them know that both Tamaska and I feel that something is going to happen after we make it to the bears’ den. They all wanted to postpone the trip, but I reminded them that we have trained for every situation and we will not be allowed these rebels to interfere with securing the kingdom and getting this much-needed training. I also briefed them n Trevor traveling to meet us there and the project we will be helping him with. We will be putting surveillance equipment around the borders of the kingdom and the territories of our allies. I told them about the plan of building allies and securing the border with cameras and motion detectors. Everything will be high-tech using some form of satellite technology. Rejected Protector Attempted Kidnapping
I’ve been at the den for a couple of weeks now. The first couple of days, those of us who are not bears had to learn about the equipment we will be installing. We had to learn every aspect of how it works and how to properly install and test the equipment. We looked over maps and practiced in a holograph room that looked like something out of Star Trek. The room was programmed to look and feel like the actual terrain that we will be working in. This was like virtual reality times 100. We could actually climb on the rocks, drill holes and dig like we will have to do out in the field.Rose and I also got the opportunity to train with the bear warriors. I’m happy to say that I am still undefeated. I got the chance to hand a cocky bear his ass. He thought he could play with me like prey and then take me down.
