Chapter 19
I was smiling the whole time for unknown reason as the cold air welcomed us in the parking area. Well, maybe I was just happy to be back home and the thunderstorm has calmed.
I walked a little distant from the area to check the weather while holding my phone's flashlight. This seems useful this time. I opened my arms to check how strong the rain was but a minute later, I felt no touch of water on my skin.
"Amber, let's go?" Blake invited me. Thunder on the other hand, rubber her eyes. He must be disturb from sleeping.
"I will go ahead, Blake, Amber." The tired Thunder bid his goodbye. I nodded in response while Blake tapped his shoulders.
"Thanks, Thunder." Blake and I greeted in unison.
He quickly rode off to his motorbike and vroom it away. I stared at his back until he zoomed out. I hope he can go home safely.

It was early in the morning when I got up in bed to eat my breakfast. Marcus called me last night after Blake and reminded me to eat my meal at home. As expected, Charie and Jordan had told him that I am leaving at home with an empty stomach and usually ate at the school cafeteria.Eating at home would consume a lot of my time especially these remaining days.
