“I and your father used to sing that song to you when you were little.”

“Really?”

“Yes. That must have been where you heard the song from. You look beautiful.”

She slightly blushed, looking at herself in the mirror. She was truly beautiful. 

“Thank you.”

“But there is something missing.” Joanne brought a necklace out of a small silver box.

“Wow, it is beautiful,” Angela exclaimed.

“Your grandmother gave it to me before she passed away. Now it is your turn.” Joanne placed it on her daughter's neck. 

The necklace was made of beautiful rubies and diamonds. It was magnificent. 

“Thank you…mother.”

“Now you are perfect. Everyone is ready. We are waiting for you.” Joanne pecked her head and did no more so she wouldn’t spoil the makeup.
