Aurora's POV

"What do you mean mother?" I questioned her, wanting to know what she meant by what she had just said.

"My diamond," she caressed my cheek running her hands on them gently. "It is nothing that you should worry yourself about" she assured me, but I wasn't having it. Not after I have heard what she had said.

"Mother" I muttered out gently to her, not withdrawing her gaze away from those eyes, those eyes that spoke volumes and looked like mine.

"You shouldn't hide things away from me," I objected when she attempted to walk away from the room, leaving me in the care of the maids who had been assigned to me.

"It isn't time yet, Aurora," she fixed her eyes on mine. Her skin glistened when it came in contact with the sun.
