Alpha Arthur was examining a proposal for a business partnership with some investors in the city. He was seriously discussing it with Beta Mike in his office at the pack house.

“Do you think Mr. Billy would be interested in our plans for a tourism business in Sterling?” asked Alpha Arthur.

Sterling was the territory that Alpha Arthur and some Scouts had mastered a few months ago.

Beta Mike nodded and replied enthusiastically, “Of course, Alpha Arthur. The potential natural resources there are favourable. We can lobby Mr. Billy. He’s a famously wealthy man in Kenai,” Beta Mike explained.

Alpha Arthur gave a thumbs up. He then reread the proposal to ensure it was as instructed.
