Chapter twenty four
Charles POV
I just sat there on my desk doing some paper work when I saw Adams coming out of his office.
He doesn't ever come out of his office unless he has an important meeting to attend somewhere.
Where could he be going? He doesn't have any business meetings today.
I decided to just ignore it and continue what I was doing but then Adams cane back. I saw him looking at Dave and he seemed to have something planned against Dave.
I got worried for Dave but decided not to interfere with any of Mr Adams' plan. The extra work he put on me just to be able to win a bet was enough punishment for me.
"Are you mad!? Couldn't you see me coming?!" Adams yelled at Dave.
I didn't see anything that maybe happened but the files that Mr Adams was carrying some minutes ago is now scattered all over the floor.
"I'm really sorry about that sir." Dave said.

Anna POVDave finally stopped crying and calmed down to tell me what had happened."It's Mr Adams. He has totally changed overnight." Dave said."Changed? How do you mean?
