Oh, that was ridiculous!! How was I supposed to get anything done if all I could think about was Spenser and what his hands could do to my body?

“I want to go for a run.” I nearly skipped to get out of the room and Ralph burst out laughing, but for once his laughter sounded so empty.

“I think you need a cold shower!” He commented, but it almost sounded as if he didn’t mean for me to hear it, so I pretended I didn’t. We made our way out of the castle and as soon as we could, we shifted. I didn’t have a lot of time to cool off before I had to return. My father wanted me in another ridiculous dress for this evening’s events, and it was going to take forever to get ready.
